Salesperson Terry Helgeson is so knowledgea I recently bought a RAV4 from Cedar Rapids Toyota and I am 100% satisfied with every step of the process. Salesperson Terry Helgeson is so knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and it's obvious that he appreciates and respects his customers. He got me out of a car that I was unhappy with and into a car that I love! He returns phones calls and solves issues immediately. I also loved working with their finance man, Bill McArthur. He is so friendly and efficient and knowledgeable that the whole financing portion of the sale is a breeze - took very little time. When a business respects me as a person - my time, my money etc. - I will do repeat business with them and encourage others to do the same. More

Outstanding! I took my vehicle in for a tire rotation and to have the tread checked. Easy to do business with, however I bought a Nissan Maxima that was traded, worked with Brad. Brad was an awesome guy, no pressure. I told him what price I wanted to pay, and he actual I bought a Nissan Maxima that was traded, worked with Brad. Brad was an awesome guy, no pressure. I told him what price I wanted to pay, and he actually got it down to that price for me. There was a delay with my bank with a hold on the check, so I agreed to buy it on JUN 26, and would pick it up on JUL 7. It was still on the website until JUL 3. The price dropped $964...I called Brad and asked what was going on since I agreed to buy the vehicle, we were just waiting on the check. He said the vehicle would remain in the system and on the website until the actual sale date of JUL 7, and that in terms of price, I was still getting a fairly good deal. Ok, no problem. A few days later, the price drops another $1,262. So at this point I think that if that price is correct, renegotiation is necessary. I called Brad again, and he said he'd talk to the sales manager, the person that actually enters the information into the computer, what was going on. He called me back and said they didn't know how the price got changed, the vehicle was already sold to me, and that it was a mistake, maybe the wrong stock number. To be honest I wasn't all that satisfied with that answer, and I asked to lower the total price we'd agreed on by $500. Apparently the sales manager said they'd already had calls on the vehicle (at the wrong price point) and that if our original number didn't work, they'd have to put it back on the lot. The next day it was removed from the website. I know I got a real great deal on the car anyway, but the fact that it was already sold and still someone was dropping the price where anyone, including the buyer, could see, that's their mistake, and I think that something could've been done to rectify that situation. Other than that, dealt with Wendy, she was awesome. Went in to sign the paperwork on JUL 6, and she let me take the car early. She even had John follow me back to drop off my vehicle and drive me back to pick up the new one. So I didn't even need to meet Brad the next day. He ended up meeting me there that afternoon. Love the car, Brad, Wendy, and John are awesome. More
Great Buying Experience I purchased a certified pre-owned Camry last night, with the help of Alan who I had been emailing with a day or two prior to my visit. My fiance and I I purchased a certified pre-owned Camry last night, with the help of Alan who I had been emailing with a day or two prior to my visit. My fiance and I arrived and Alan had the vehicle pulled up ready for us to see. We took it for a drive, he showed us all of the features of the vehicle and then moved inside to see what we could work out. It was painless and simple. They were fair on the trade in and they were very fair on the new vehicle numbers. We were able to work together and get things where I wanted them to be without a bunch of hassle or haggling. Wendy in finance did an awesome job and made things easy. They were able to obtain my financing through my credit union, as I requested. No bumps in the road, everyone was nothing but helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend Alan, he's wonderful to work with. I recommend CR Toyota to anyone in the market. As a former Toyota Financial employee, these guys live up to the brand and the service you expect from Toyota! More
