Best Experience Ever! We dealt with Alan and Wendy for the lease of our new Toyota Highlander. This was the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. We got there on a tight timeline and drove off with our new toy in less than 4 hours afterwards. Wendy and Alan cared that we had our newly born twin boys with us and thus did their best to make us feel comfortable. The best part of it is that Alan, took his time to host and keep our 7 year old busy while we met and finalized things with Wonderful Wendy in her office. No matter where I am, I will ALWAYS buy any future cars from Cedar Rapids Toyota! More

One that would get her through the rest of high school and all of college. Placed a call to Jon Viner, told him what I was looking for and the budget. He found a 2007 Camry which was perfect for our needs. The biggest plus is he was able to answer all our questions in regard to the car history. (Didn't get this at another dealership we visited.). A shout out to Curt Wedemeier, too, for taking the time to explain the purchase process to a 16 year old going through it for the first time. She drove out of the lot excited and hasn't stopped spinning the wheels since. One more item....They worked well with an 80 year old protective grandpa, too. More

CR Toyota is awesome! Toyota's are reliable; they basically sell themselves. But we feel Paul Speral is the best sales person on the CR Toyota team. However, Paul was out of the office, and Tim Valentine was kind enough to work with us. It felt like his job was more to show us the Toyotas, than to sell them. We never in a million years expected to purchase a RAV4. We had researched Camry's, Nissan Pathfinders, Subaru Outback's and others, We expected to drive 10-12 cars when we started looking. After inquiring what we were looking for, Tim showed us a phenomenal RAV4 that we instantly fell in love with. In our 40 years or so in buying cars, this was the most painless experience of our lives. We will never shop anywhere than Cedar Rapids Toyota. Love these guys! No high pressure sales; just good, honest service. More

Quick & Easy! Before going to the dealership, I had communication online with Alan about the vehicles I was interested it. He was very responsive and gave me lots of information that was helpful in making my decision. Once we met in person, he explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle, walked me through how to use the interior options, and took us on a unique test drive on various terrains to experience how the vehicle drove. I was concerned about sticking around and purchasing today because of having a toddler at home with a sitter, so I knew our time was limited. However, Alan and the rest of the team worked quickly to get all the paperwork together so I could purchase the car and be out of there within just a couple hours (if that!) Overall, I had a great experience and really enjoyed the low pressure atmosphere. Definitely recommend the dealership and sales team! More
