Prior to visiting Cedar Rapids Toyota, I had been to 3 other dealerships in the area and was not impressed. Everywhere I had visited made me feel as if the salesman was simply trying to take advantage of my ignorance (this is my first time buying a car on my own) and make a quick buck. At Cedar Rapids Toyota, my experience was the polar opposite from the moment I started looking at their online inventory. Alan and Wendy truly made me feel valued as a person and they were both very clear that I was in control; that I could walk away at any point if I wanted to. They answered all of my questions openly and honestly, worked tirelessly for at least 2 hours with various financing agencies to get me the absolute best deal, and Alan even kept my coffee cup full all afternoon while we worked through the terms. In the end, I drove off the lot that day with a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I am beyond thrilled with my decision! I named her Reba and she is a smooth riding, gas sipping machine! Often he would send a video link so that I could get a view of the car before traveling to the dealership. Any questions were quickly answered via text, email, or phone. The negotiation and trade-in process was professional and transparent. Stefan worked with me over a couple months to find just the right car, and I ultimately purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander. I highly recommend that you work with Stefan if you are in the market for a car. More
