Best car buying experience I just bought my 3rd Lincoln vehicle from Cavalier Ford Lincoln because I LOVE their vehicles & the dealership! Their dedicated Lincoln showroom is on I just bought my 3rd Lincoln vehicle from Cavalier Ford Lincoln because I LOVE their vehicles & the dealership! Their dedicated Lincoln showroom is one stop for everything Lincoln related. I just bought a new, 2015 Navigator L and the experience with my salesman MARK BALLANCE was awesome! Talk about no pressure, knowledge & getting things done without delays...along each step, MARK was there. My previous salesman, Roy Tyler, retired, as it was he who welcomed me to the Lincoln family and passed the baton on. Service Dept is honest and calls me with the status of my vehicle. I like these guys. If after 3 new vehicles from the same dealership doesn't speak volumes about loyalty and the kind of shop they run at Cavalier Ford Lincoln, then you are not serious in ingaging with a company that makes car buying a pleasant experience. I won't lie, I HATE buying a car, but Sang made it simple, easy, and thorough. I was most impressed with his customer service and going above and beyond. Our calls were answered immediately and all questions answered thoroughly. My husband is a UPS driver and does get home until after 8pm most nights. He delivered our car completely detailed and with a full tank of gas to our house, along with all of the papers we needed to sign!! WOW!! That in itself was more than impressive and appreciated by my husband. Sang came highly recommended from several good friends. He has been in this business for 20+ years and it shows! We will never buy a car from anyone else. AMAZING and THANK YOU again!!! More

There was no pushing to "upgrade" me or find a different car that would benefit the dealership in the long run but steer me away from what I wanted. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience as I haven't bought a new car in many years. I'm hoping the service side of things will do the same. More

At 6000 miles the Car started making noises, windshield issues, the rubber make noise bacause the wind goes under it, the suspension started to make noise,break peddle started to make a noise also. took the car fur time to cavalier ford and no results. On top of the attitude I am dealing with, I was told by the service people that this is a commen issues with all the new explorers, and the sad thing is they don't have parts for theses issues! Believe it I left the car 2 days (apperantlly you have to hassle to get a loaner) which I still did not get. Picked up the car still not repaired, I was told the other part of the service was done ( changing the oil and tires) only to see the change oil messege to come up every 5 minutes, this place is a joke I bought five cars from toyota and never had to deal with anything like that. I will try another dealership to do the repaires, and after that this junk will go. More
Shady service First off, I did NOT buy my car from them even though they are less than 5 minutes from my house, they were charging $20k over sticker for a shelby GT First off, I did NOT buy my car from them even though they are less than 5 minutes from my house, they were charging $20k over sticker for a shelby GT 500 which I purchased from Williamsburg ford. I decided to take it in for an inspection at 1200 miles and noticed there was extra mileage on the car. Called and talked to a few stuffed shirts who after some b.s. excuses said they would check into who took my shelby for a joy ride. Be careful if you bring your performance vehicle here because the "garage staff" may want to take it for a spin. More

I was only going to "look" at brand new Ford Escapes because I was still in college at the time and did not think I was financially ready for a new car. My salesperson happened to find a "used" model that had only been driven off the lot for a few days and I ended up saving tons of money. He was also able to help me get the best value for my trade-in vehicle, even better than CarMax and the value listed on Kellys Blue Book. I am VERY happy with my vehicle and tremendously grateful to Mr. Danny McDermott for helping me to find the car of my dreams- at the absolute best price! I recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking to buy their car for a great price. More
