Awful customer service I have a Lincoln Navigator. I had it towed to the dealership on Sunday night, October 11th. I got a call from Melissa about 9:04 am on Monday. I didn I have a Lincoln Navigator. I had it towed to the dealership on Sunday night, October 11th. I got a call from Melissa about 9:04 am on Monday. I didn't hear anything else from her the rest of the day. I decided to call about 4:15 and the department phone just rung, so I left a message. After several attempts to get through to service, I got a hold of Melissa. She stated that they had not gotten a diagnosis for my vehicle. They had it all day. I expressed my feelings and all she could do was apologize. She finally called me on Tuesday morning about 8:20. She gave me the same diagnosis that the tow truck driver gave me. It took a day and a half to tell me that. I declined the service, because I felt it was way too high and I was not happy. I called an left a voice message with the general manager, Ken Childress. Today is Wednesday, October 21st and I have yet to receive a call back. I also noticed that I was not given a complimentary car wash. The note on the receipt stated that the customer declined and will take a rain check. That is a bald face lie. No one asked if we wanted a car wash. I am very disappointed in the service that I was given. The Lincoln dealership has not been the same since James Church no longer owns the old dealership down the street. I bought my vehicle from this dealership, but will never give them any of my business. I will visit another dealership for my Lincoln services. More
Worst Service Experience EVER! I dropped off my car for a recall service appointment. When I picked it up it had a "check engine" light. The light was not on prior to the service I dropped off my car for a recall service appointment. When I picked it up it had a "check engine" light. The light was not on prior to the service call. I contacted my service advisor, who has NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS, and finally was able to get an appointment through another team member. They charged me $124.95 to tell me what the check engine light was on for. They gave me the code and an estimate for $629 to repair the problem. When I had the code checked somewhere else (for free) the problem was a completely different issue. I tried to contact them about this and they are not willing to work with me, but are willing to perform the $629 worth of service. No thank you. More

Went in to look at a new gt 2nd visit here in a year. First time I was looking to buy a 2014 fx4, they couldn't get the price to what I would agree upon, also said finance wasn't 2nd visit here in a year. First time I was looking to buy a 2014 fx4, they couldn't get the price to what I would agree upon, also said finance wasn't approved, though less than 5 days later I got a letter from a finance company saying it was approved. Today I went to look at a new gt to replace my 2014 gt. Sales person says they don't let people test drive gt's. Guess they weren't interested in selling any. Sales people there definelly judge your income by your appearance, which for today's times doesn't work well for them. No big deal I'll go back to beach ford. More

I was in the market for a very specific white convertibale 2015 mustang and due to the specifications, Cavalier was the only dealership that had this car with 500 miles of my home in NJ. I found the car online and struck a deal with my salesman, Georgy Berezin, within a 10 minute conversation. I had done a significant amount of research and I knew what my bottom line was and Georgy was able to meet me EXACTLY where I needed to be on price. He was even willing to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. Not only was extremely accomodating but also easy to work with and knowledgeable.
