Service Department Abuse We took a car in for problem of pulling to right. Was given an estimate for over $2,000.00. Took it to another dealer and repairs were made for $450.00. Drives wonderful. Cavalier added in update to software, and brake lining etc etc. I guess when you work on piece work. You want to keeping adding things because the more you can charge the customer the more you get paid. The dealer we took our car to was recommended and does work on City trucks and cars. He was honest and did not add fluff to make more money. We had used Cavalier for over 40 years but in the pass year we have seem a decline the way they do business. I would tell everyone to be careful dealing with them. The service manager needs replaced. He is rude and talks in circle, when he will answer your call, and is unprofessional. More

The quality of the service from the initial contact to finalizing the paperwork was first rate. The general manager went out of his way to ensure I was being taken care of and the follow thru from the entire staff was excellent. Is was the atypical car shopping and buying experience. No pressure no up selling no power negotiating. Just a great product sold at a honest and fair price. Could not be more pleased with the entire process. Cavalier is a first rate dealership. More

Awful customer service I have a Lincoln Navigator. I had it towed to the dealership on Sunday night, October 11th. I got a call from Melissa about 9:04 am on Monday. I didn I have a Lincoln Navigator. I had it towed to the dealership on Sunday night, October 11th. I got a call from Melissa about 9:04 am on Monday. I didn't hear anything else from her the rest of the day. I decided to call about 4:15 and the department phone just rung, so I left a message. After several attempts to get through to service, I got a hold of Melissa. She stated that they had not gotten a diagnosis for my vehicle. They had it all day. I expressed my feelings and all she could do was apologize. She finally called me on Tuesday morning about 8:20. She gave me the same diagnosis that the tow truck driver gave me. It took a day and a half to tell me that. I declined the service, because I felt it was way too high and I was not happy. I called an left a voice message with the general manager, Ken Childress. Today is Wednesday, October 21st and I have yet to receive a call back. I also noticed that I was not given a complimentary car wash. The note on the receipt stated that the customer declined and will take a rain check. That is a bald face lie. No one asked if we wanted a car wash. I am very disappointed in the service that I was given. The Lincoln dealership has not been the same since James Church no longer owns the old dealership down the street. I bought my vehicle from this dealership, but will never give them any of my business. I will visit another dealership for my Lincoln services. More
