I really like this dealership and everyone I've dealt with in Sales and Service has been so nice and accommodating. There have only been a few issues that have been frustrating and time consuming. I had the tires and wheels moved from my trade in to my new vehicle, but the tire pressure sensors were not calibrated which means I constantly have a warning light and get emails. I was back in a few days ago to get it taken care of, but halfway home the light came on again, which means another trip to hopefully get it fixed. I also did not receive my license plate when I traded it in and called to request it. My salesperson said he would get it for me, but that didn't happen and now the vehicle is gone. The only other issue has been in getting the side steps ordered. I literally stood there with Brandon when he was on the phone with the parts guy, verified which ones I wanted, and heard him say to order them. The order was never entered, and we had to go through it all over again when I was in the other day. I should have had them by this week, but now it will be another two weeks. I have to give kudos to Brandon and Craig in service because they have been very accommodating, apologetic, and so easy to work with. I truly appreciate them. More
