The routine service was apparently completed as scheduled. I received a brief summary sheet when I picked up my vehicle .A multipoint inspection was completed, but nobody at the shop went over what scheduled. If they had taken a couple minutes to go over the results of multipoint inspection, I would have given the service 5 stars. More

My vehicle came back to me in the exact same condition after they had my truck for over a week. They stated that they “could not duplicate concern” although it was having the issue when I dropped it off a after they had my truck for over a week. The solution was to have me leave it there longer. The whole purpose of me leaving it there when I did was because I didn’t need my vehicle while it was left there. I could not go without the truck any longer as they weren’t able to provide a loaner. Have a call in with Brandon (service advisor) and hopefully he will have a solution by tomorrow. This will be the third time I have had the truck into the service department at a Ram dealership for the exact same issue. More
