The routine service was apparently completed as scheduled. I received a brief summary sheet when I picked up my vehicle .A multipoint inspection was completed, but nobody at the shop went over what scheduled. I received a brief summary sheet when I picked up my vehicle .A multipoint inspection was completed, but nobody at the shop went over what was covered in the inspection, or more importantly, what the results of the multipoint inspection were, like other dealerships and shops have done after servicing my past Jeeps. If they had taken a couple minutes to go over the results of multipoint inspection, I would have given the service 5 stars. More

My vehicle came back to me in the exact same condition after they had my truck for over a week. They stated that they “could not duplicate concern” although it was having the issue when I dropped it off a after they had my truck for over a week. The solution was to have me leave it there longer. The whole purpose of me leaving it there when I did was because I didn’t need my vehicle while it was left there. I could not go without the truck any longer as they weren’t able to provide a loaner. Have a call in with Brandon (service advisor) and hopefully he will have a solution by tomorrow. This will be the third time I have had the truck into the service department at a Ram dealership for the exact same issue. More
