My rating was a 1 or lower, but then a manager from the parts department called and he listened, was attentive, and said he'll work on the issues. It took 2 months for them to get my Dodge in to fix the ai parts department called and he listened, was attentive, and said he'll work on the issues. It took 2 months for them to get my Dodge in to fix the air conditioning to begin with, so it was out for the summer. When I dropped it off on a Monday they told me they'd contact me within 2 days as to what the issue was and what they would be doing. Friday after not hearing from them I called and got an answering system. After still not hearing back I went up in person the following Tuesday. They said they were sorry for the lack of communication, but good news it was fixed and just needed to go through the quality inspection and I could pick it up that afternoon after work. While at work I got a text that it wasn't done and would be ready the next day. I replied asking what happened, and they apologized and said they got it mixed up with another vehicle, same make same issue, and mine was ready after all and I could come get it. The following week I received an email informing me of 2 other issues that needed fixed, that I wasn't told about previously. I learned later that they had the parts and could have fixed the pressing issue while there, had I been told and given a chance to approve the work, without any extra time taken. Now I'll have to give it back to them or somewhere else, and be down a vehicle again. The warranty I purchased through this dealership makes it hard to go elsewhere, other than other dealerships, and so I either have to deal with them or drive further away. It took three trips to this dealership to get my appointment settled and my Truck repaired. Brandon made it right on the third and final appointment.
