Same problem Tired of paying . I d had this vehicle in 3 times. I keep telling them something is making a noise in the drivers side front end. They replaced the axle boot but it s I d had this vehicle in 3 times. I keep telling them something is making a noise in the drivers side front end. experience I arrived at 7:35am for an oil change appt. I had at 8am, I sat in the waiting area for almost 2 hours before my car was ready. The service dept. The service dept. was not very busy, so, I could not understand why it took so long for an oil change. I have had good service here in the past; however, this was the worst. I will definitely go to Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, or Midas next time. More
