Just fix my truck!!! In September 2018 I took my 2011 F250 into the shop and they started it needed ALL the injectors replaced and well as the main wiring harness... ok I In September 2018 I took my 2011 F250 into the shop and they started it needed ALL the injectors replaced and well as the main wiring harness... ok I approve the $7000 repairs. Takes a few weeks get the truck back, it’s leaking oil, didn’t leak before these repairs, took the truck back in they had is 6 weeks (I was Thankfully due to Samantha and Ashely provided a loaner durning this time). Pick up truck after 6 weeks guess what it’s still leaking!!!!!!! Technician broke off bolt for one of the injectors during the inial repair, which he then tapped the hole and didn’t get the bolt to seat. The o-ring on that injector also wasn’t sealed properly so it was leaking as well. Get a call on Wednesday truck is ready, I arrive and there is a puddle under my truck in their parking lot. Seriously you don’t see this, “it’s old oil that is dripping where they washed the undercarriage” Slide under truck the undercarriage is still covered in oil. I told them not to call me back to get my truck until the under carriage is clean and they are 100% sure my truck is fixed! Beyond fed up, trying my best to be patient and not rude but at what point is enough enough?!?! If it wasn’t for Ashley and Samantha I would have already called an attorney!!! More
