Buying a new, used car I had the best customer experience when it came to buying a new car. The first night we started looking at cars we went to Castleford in Michigan City and met Kyle. He had such a great impression on us that after looking at a couple other dealerships the next day we went straight back to Kyle. He was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and fair. He wasn't trying to attack us like a lot of car salesmen do. He answered all our questions and concerns and worked really well with us in order to get the best car for me. I would recommend him 100/100 especially for people who are new to the car buying experience he just makes it so great! More

Followed through on recall After 2 years of frustration with the airbag recall and lack of help from my old dealership I went to Castle Ford. Alex in parts department was very helpful in securing the necessary part staying on top of the order for weeks until it arrived. The service department immediately called me to schedule the service when the part was delivered. I also had them do the 120K full service check up at same time and both were completed in 1 day. Everyone involved was very helpful and friendly. I will not go back to my old dealership. More

I appreciate the calls updating us on status of our vehicle, which was our largest complaint with previous staff. Felt the staff was genuinely trying to do their best to meet our needs in a timely manner. Vol, Samantha & Luis showed professionalism and courtesy throughout the last two visits. I'm giving 5 stars for only this most recent visit. Past experiences would have been rated much lower, but improvements are obvious and appreciated. More
