Good service, nice employees I took my car in for an airbag recall. The person I spoke to on the phone the day before had stated that the repair would only take 45 minutes, so I I took my car in for an airbag recall. The person I spoke to on the phone the day before had stated that the repair would only take 45 minutes, so I had planned on staying and waiting. When I took my car in, Volume clarified that it would actually take a couple hours. They offered me a ride home but I was able to call my husband for a ride instead. Everything else about my visit was excellent and the delay in waiting for my husband allowed me to go next door and do a little shopping! Volume was very nice and polite. I was pleased with my experience. More

We told him that we had emailed Patrick Prentiss and had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. He went and checked, came back and said Patrick worked at a call center in Illinois, and the car we had been dealing on had just been sold. WHAT? Anyhow, I started crying, Matt made things right. Got a different color, same car, same price. We ended up happy. Only downside was one guy to process payment which slowed things down...they were busy. AND then there's that call center problem...lack of communication with dealership. More
