AMAZING Charles was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. No only did he explain and walk me through everything to me and answer all of my many questions, but he stayed with me Charles was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. No only did he explain and walk me through everything to me and answer all of my many questions, but he stayed with me throughout the entire process (from 9am to 8pm). I came in for service on my 2014 Optima but left with a 2018 Sorento. He said to me "once a customer, now a lifetime friend". He did indeed treat me as such. Even when I felt skeptical, reassured me of all the details and never made me feel pressured. I couldn't have asked for a better person to sell me this 2018 Sorento. We told her we were interested in the 2017 nissan maxima platinum and had informed us that that car was in their used dealership and that this building is the new sales dealership but had said "it's not a problem Ill bring it over here to you guys and i'll drive you back over to that side to finish the deal." She was with us the whole time engaging in conversation and being genuinely interested in what we were saying. She did her best to get us out quick, fast, and in a hurry and made her best effort to make sure we were well taken care of and got everything kia had to offer. More
