We went to Casey Kia after dealing with two other Kia dealerships, and we are now regretting dealing with Casey Kia at all. From start to finish, it has been poor customer service, to say the least, and dealerships, and we are now regretting dealing with Casey Kia at all. We purchased a 2012 Kia Optima, after spending 8 hours in the dealership trying to make the deal work. Car shopping should be an exciting experience, with a sales and finance staff who are competent and care about the customer, and it was anything but that. Instead it was frustrating, exhausting and aggravating. We have not even received one follow up call yet, asking us how we like our new car, and if we need any further assistance. But we were reminded by the sales staff to give Casey Kia top scores on the survey we receive! We think not! At this point, we are still having issues due to Casey Kia's poor customer service. We traded in a vehicle financed through our credit union. Casey Kia was late in sending the credit union the pay off check, and we are now getting notifications from the credit union about making a payment on the traded vehicle, and to add insult to injury, Casey Kia's pay off check is in the wrong amount, for less than the pay off amount that they were given. This needs to be corrected immediately by your staff. We bought another Kia 2 days later at another dealership and the pay off check for the other vehicle was on time and in the correct amount, perhaps, the finance staff needs to get up and move. Very Dissapointed..!!! More
I started my vehicle search in late October. I was thinking about trading and was not exactly sure what I wanted. This was the third dealership I visited. Christopher listened to my needs and did not try to pressure me in any way. He instead did his best to provide information to help me make the best decision. After searching further I did end up purchasing another brand in December, but Christopher is the only sales professional I would recommend to anyone considering a Kia or any used vehicle within the Casey Auto Group. He seems genuine and customer oriented, and could teach many salesmen a lesson or three. More
This dealership was one of, if not the best, to do business with since I purchased my first new car. Cris Bell was my first contact with Casey KIA and it was a good first impression. There was no pressure at any point. When the first vehicle we looked at and drove proved it couldn't meet our needs he was able to find another which did. During the discussion regarding financial matters he really paid attention to my goals and made every effort to help me reach them. When Mr Bell involved Charley Woods in the search for the right vehicle and later in the financial matters we moved quickly thru the purchase process. Mr Woods proved to be someone whose can-do attitude overcame issues that confused me at first. I would recommend Casey KIA to family and friends and hope they were lucky enough to be met by Chris and assisted by Charley. Their personalities and skills compliment each other and offer the buyer a pleasant experience. More
NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM CASEY KIA. Casey Kia has by NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM CASEY KIA. Casey Kia has by far the worst customer service of any dealer. Even airline reps and health insurance reps are NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM CASEY KIA. Casey Kia has by far the worst customer service of any dealer. Even airline reps and health insurance reps are more honest and have more integrity than the staff at Casey Kia. I attempted to purchase a 2012 Kia Sportage Manual transmission from Casey Kia. With Sales Associate Paul Clark, I committed to a price, and was told that the car would be available in 72 hours because it was "coming from North Carolina". I was told to sell the car I was currently driving (because it had "too many miles" to be traded in) and that the dealer would provide me with a comparable car to what I was purchasing until my new car came in. First problem- the comparable car was a piece of crap. It had check engine lights on and the engine needed to be turned over multiple times before the car would actually start. Second problem- After 72 hours, I had received no contact what so ever from Paul Clark or any staff at Casey Kia. When I called them, they said he was sick and passed me off to Roberto Dial who said that he was the General Manager of the facility, and that they were for the manual transmission and that it would be another 72 hours because now the car was coming from Tennessee. Third Problem- Roberto Dial is actually the sales manager, not the general manager, don't lie about your position (or lack there of) to seem important. Fourth Problem- Another 72 hours go by, and I have yet to receive any contact from Casey Kia. I call them, report the massive problems with the loaner car and am told to return it and they will change cars. I am told again that it'll be "a few days till we can transfer the car from Tennessee." A few days go by, and there is still no contact from Casey Kia. I call them and inform them that I will be traveling for business in 2 weeks to New York, and I need a vehicle to get there. They have now passed me off to Stephen Sparkman, the "real" general manager, and he claims that he is now getting involved with the process. He "assures" me that there will be regular contact with me about the process of "finding" the car (apparently they have now lost both cars that they told me were available) as well as addressing my need to travel to New York for business. I receive a call the next day from Stephen Sparkman stating that they are having trouble "locating" the car. He tells me it would be more cost effective for him and Casey Kia to sell me the current Kia Sportage I am driving (2012 automatic transmission) at the quoted price of the manual transmission. I remind him that their "most cost effective strategy" for their company is really none of my concern because I was told I would be able to purchase a manual transmission vehicle. Fifth Problem- What makes a car dealer think that the customer would have any concern about cost effectiveness for the dealer?? Sixth Problem- The next day I am again called by Stephen Sparkman. He says that he "talked to corporate" and that I am aloud to drive to South Carolina for business. I told him that would be useless, seeing as I have businesses in New York, not South Carolina. He said I just couldn't do that and my only options were to purchase the car I was in, or turn it in and find another way to transport myself. Seventh Problem- I told him I would consider taking the automatic for the price of the manual, and he tries to increase the financing from 2.9% as previously agreed to 3.9% with his reasoning that "it's not really that much difference." That's actually $744 difference. A big amount. Eighth Problem- Don't assume that because I am female, I will not hold the dealer to ALL of the terms that were previously agreed upon. Begrudgingly, I decided to purchase the 2012 Kia Sportage Automatic. I was put into a very difficult position where it was either purchase the car or walk to the nearest rental car place (about 3 miles) away. I was told by Stephen Sparkman that he would be at the dealership and would complete the sale with me. Ninth Problem- As soon as I got to the dealer and met with Stephen Sparkman, he passed me off to Tim Lee. Tim Lee completed the sale, rushing me through many of the pieces of information. He also gave me a final sales evaluation form where he said that if it wasn't "10's" across the board, they don't get paid. There were questions rating customer service, honesty, contact, and overall process. He and Casey Kia, did not get all "10's" but I highly doubt they did not get paid. Tenth Problem- Less than 24 hours after the purchase, I notice a small tear in the drivers seat. I immediately called Tim Lee and reported this. He said that he would get on this as soon as possible and find out how they can repair this. Eleventh Problem- TWO WEEKS GO BY with no contact from Tim Lee. Another sales rep repeatedly calls my phone asking if I want to buy a Kia from Casey Kia. Apparently records aren't kept. I go in to collect my plates and a new sales rep asks about the car. I asked when they will contact me about the rip in my seat. He states that he is going to talk to Stephen Sparkman, the general manager. Stephen Sparkman comes over, introduces himself and has no recollection of who I am or any of the problems from two weeks ago. I explain that I have previously called about the rip, and he feints ignorance. He then asks to see the rip. When I show him he says that it is "obvious that [I] am lying" and have tried to "sabotage" the car. He tells me there is no way they will do anything to help me out and storms off. Maybe it's because I am a female that won't get pushed around. Maybe because they had to do something they had to see as "cost effective". Or maybe they just didn't like me, but for whatever reasons, there were constant lies and omissions from the start. I will never ever buy another car from Casey Kia, and I will make sure the patients and students I come into contact with every day know how poorly a person gets treated there. More

I came in with my tire indicator light on. They determined that I had a screw in my right front tire. This was my first car buying experience, and let me tell you, Tracy made it a smooth and easy buying process. He was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured. Tracy was very nice and knowledgeable in the vehicle I purchased, which was a 2011 Optima Hybrid. He really took the time to get to know what was comfortable for me. My over-all experience with Casey Kia, and Tracy Lego as my salesperson, was great. I am going to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. All of the staff was very friendly and I am glad I had my first purchase with them!! Thanks guys, I absolutely love my new Hybrid. More
Scott was very friendly and helpful than one can imagine in helping my daughter and I make our decisions. During our negotiating, I had my fifteen month old granddaughter with us who came down with a stomac in helping my daughter and I make our decisions. During our negotiating, I had my fifteen month old granddaughter with us who came down with a stomach virus and had pooped drippings throughout the lobby. Scott immediately took action in securing the area and cleaning up the mess. Though this was our most embarrassing moment EVER, Scott provided GREAT customer service and this became our most memorable moment during a sale. Scott, keep up the good work, your good sense of humor made our day. More
