I came in with my tire indicator light on. They determined that I had a screw in my right front tire. They took out the screw and plugged the hole very quickly and Francine told me there was no ch determined that I had a screw in my right front tire. Scott was very friendly and helpful than one can imagine in helping my daughter and I make our decisions. During our negotiating, I had my fifteen month old granddaughter with us who came down with a stomac in helping my daughter and I make our decisions. Scott immediately took action in securing the area and cleaning up the mess. Though this was our most embarrassing moment EVER, Scott provided GREAT customer service and this became our most memorable moment during a sale. I've worked with a multitude of car dealerships over the years and every experience was basically the same. You know....as soon as you break the driveway threshhold some smooth talking, over-eager salespers years and every experience was basically the same. You know....as soon as you break the driveway threshhold some smooth talking, over-eager salesperson attacks you with hand outstretched and business card at the ready, drilling you with questions and turning on the pressure. The trip into the office begins the painful haggling and secretive meetings. The headaches begin and the stress level increases. After multiple hours of back and forth, up and down, and all around, a deal might be reached and you may walk out with the vehicle you originally went to look at, or maybe you are leaving with only a headache and a negative attitude. Well let me tell you that a trip to Casey Kia is nothing like the above. We recently made our second trip to Casey Kia to look into the 2012 Kia Optima. Due to an issue we had with the service department for a problem with our already owned Kia Sedona, we were immediately told by General Manager Steve Sparkman and Sales manager Roberto Dial, that they were going to make it right by giving us an extra discount. We then sat down with Chris Bell to discuss what we wanted to do. He provided us some great background and education on the Kia Optima and how it compares to other vehicles. We then took a walk through the lot comparing the models and learning the differences in each. Chris took us for a test drive and we returned to the office to set down and discuss our options. Roberto approached us and was very friendly and personable and willing to discuss things with us person to person. At no point, did we ever feel pressured to buy or feel like the salesperson and the managers were having secret meetings behind closed doors or behind the glass discussing how they can counter or how they can turn up the pressure. The entire experience at Casey Kia is a very relaxing and friendly one. From the amazing interactions with Chris Bell all the way up to the the General Manager (Steve Sparkman) the experience is awesome. It is a complete 180 degrees from any other car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure and no harrassing. While I'm sure that there are other great salespeople working in this store, I would very strongly recommend you call and request a time to go in and sit down with Chris Bell. Chris has gone above and beyond for us in both of our trips to Casey Kia and has made every effort to make us feel we can trust him and that he respects us. Chris made it a point to contact us a year after we purchased our Kia Sedona just to see how things were going with the vehicle and if there was anything he could do for us. He took it upon himself to jump in and assist us with our problem with the service department and even brought the issue to Steve Sparkman, whom in turn personally approached us to get the details and take action to resolve the problem. Chris Bell, Roberto Dial, and Steve Sparkman are by far the best car sales personnel I've ever worked with and as long as I am in this area and as long as they are selling vehicles, I will take my business to them, even if they are working at a different dealership. Chris, Roberto, and Steve - thank you so much for your awesome customer service and just plain "caring" for people and not just seeing us as a "sale" or a "number". Keep up the amazing work you do! Forget what you know about car buying because it is NOT like that at Casey Kia ! After a LONG relationship with another dealership and what I thought was a good relationship we have found a NEW HOME at Cas like that at Casey Kia ! After a LONG relationship with another dealership and what I thought was a good relationship we have found a NEW HOME at Casey Kia. We had previously bought a Kia Sorento from Casey about 9 months ago and were really pleased with the service and attention to detail that we got from the staff at Casey. One afternoon Chris ( our salesman ) called just to check on the vehicle, how we liked it, if we were having any problems and so forth. I told him at the time that we were " kinda " in the market for another car ( my 10 year old Ford was about to die ). I had done a LOT of research on vehicles and decided that the KIA Soul was probably going to be a good fit for me and where we wanted to stay in our budget. I did not go into this research specifically looking to buy a KIA but knew that the service we got from Casey last time would have me taking a serious look at what they had to offer, on top of that the Sorento that my wife bought from them is a FABULOUS car, we absolutly LOVE it. So we went into the dealership to look at the Soul, we were greeted like family hung out and talked a bit and felt NO pressure to buy anything. We worked on some numbers that my wife and I didn't really feel comfortable with so I asked Roberto ( Sales Manager ) what the possibility would be for him to get in a base model Soul would be, these little things are FLYING off the lot ! Roberto did some looking and told me he could have one in two days ! I was done ! True to their word they got the Soul in that I wanted, came in at a price I wanted and we have had another successful deal at Casey Kia. I would also like to mention that Roberto was off the night we went in to day the financing paperwork and the General Manager Steve was sitting right there behind the Sales desk, this man is personable and willing to work with you, half the night we stood at the sales desk working things out... I added a few accesories to the vehicle and an extended warranty because the price was to good to pass up. I will also tell you the extent that these people will go to to make sure you are taken care of... we spent a little more time at the dealership than we expected doing the financing so Chris ( our salesman ) offered to go an pick our kids up who were down the road skating... I didn't hesitate to let Chris take our car AND our credit card ( it was Steves birthday and we wanted to get him a cake ) to go pick up our kids. Normally I wouldn't let ANYONE go pick up my kids, that is the kind of person I am... but Chris ( Abraham Lincoln as our kids like to call him ) developed a relationship with our kids the last time we were at the dealership that I felt comfortable with. So to sum this whole experience up... it was OUTSTANDING ! My wife and I feel like we have truly found a new dealership to do business with and made some new friends in the meantime. On another note, if you are in the market to buy a new car... you should take a serious look at KIA... they are making an amazing product and when you do decide to buy go see my good friends at Casey Kia, you will not be disappointed. More

Our original intent was to purchase a Kia Sorento or Honda Pilot through the USAA build and by program. We initially chose Casey only for a fact-finding visit because they have dealerships for both of Honda Pilot through the USAA build and by program. We initially chose Casey only for a fact-finding visit because they have dealerships for both of the vehicles of interest. However, after meeting our sales person, Tracy Lego, we were hooked. Tracy was kind enough to set up test drives with both a Sorento and Pilot. He never pressured us to make a decision, he seemed more interested in helping us get the vehicle that was right for us instead of just selling us a Kia. After our test drive, we left the dealership to do more research and actually build and price a Sorento through the USAA build and buy program so that we would have a basis for negotiation, the most painful part of purchasing a new vehicle. Once I had a confirmed price quote through the build and buy program I contacted Tracy and told him that if he could match or a least come close to to the pricing we obtained through the USAA program we would prefer to purchase our Kia from Casey. Tracey didn't match our build and buy pricing, HE BEAT IT! Buying at Casey Kia and working with Tracy Lego was smooth and hassle free. We're extremely happy to be a members of the Casey Kia family and will return when it's time for our next vehicle purchase. At Casey it seems to be more about building relationships than just selling cars. This was the best automobile purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had and we highly recommend Casey Kia to all seeking to purchase a new car. More
