The process of trading our Kia for another Kia was one of pure pleasure. Pam Lawrence made us feel welcome when we walked in and has stayed in contact with us sense the sell. For a sales person to go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your new car is the kind of customer service which is hard to find these days. My wife and I have never been treated as well as we were with Pam. We would like to share out story with you so you will understand why Pam made this experience very pleasurable. We received a letter from our previous dealer wanting to purchase our Kia. We call Capital One, got approved for more than enough for a new car and go to the dealer. Not only did they make us feel unwanted but they wanted more money along with our check from Capital One. We left, a few days later we went to another dealership walked in with check in hand. They did not even give us the courtesy of showing us the vehicle we wanted or letting us test drive it, all they cared about was getting our money, yet another problem they wanted more money with the check. Then we decided to try once again this time with Kia. To make a long story short we are now driving our new Serento and love it. Thank you Pam for making this trade so easy. More

We were greeted by Pam Lawrence as we walked in from the parking lot. Immediately her friendly disposition put us at ease and she never once made us feel pressured. She was very understanding as we dealt with dirty diapers and snack time during the process. Because we were working with our credit union on the west coast it took a little while for all the paperwork to be completed but both she and Sean did their best to speed the process along and in the mean time she made sure our son stayed content in the children's play area. We were also given a full tour of the dealership and recommendations for restaurants to eat lunch at afterwards. Overall we were both very pleased with the experience recommend them. More

Needless to say a few hours later, I was walking out in my new 2013 Kia Optima. Did I mention she also found us $2000.00 in rebates. I know I told you several times that you are the best and I will repeat myself again, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Mr. Michael Perrimon handled my paperwork fast and explained every function of the car I purchased and made sure it was cleaned, detailed and fueled before I took delivery of it. Thanks to Mr. Shawn Porter, the buying experience was painless and he worked diligently to get the car for the price I wanted. These guys really looked out for me and I will go back to buy another car from them in the future. Let me first say that I previously had a bad experience with not one but two other dealerships so I was reluctant to go to a dealership to purchase my car. I went online and applied for a Capital One blank with not one but two other dealerships so I was reluctant to go to a dealership to purchase my car. I went online and applied for a Capital One blank check to avoid the financing game that are sometimes played. We met Pam and I was impressed the teamwork that was displayed. We came to meet with Brandon however Pam told us he was with another customer but she could help us. The first chance Brandon could pull away he came to introduce himself and to let us know that we were in good hands. BROWNIE POINTS for them both! She was attentive to the requirements of my dream car. She said "well these are the ones that fit your criteria, you just need to choose a color." She went and got the keys so I could test drive and I fell in LOVE. Then my least favorite part, so I thought. We talked about my blank check and Pam asked if I was willing to see if they could get me a better rate. They were able to get it financed with 1/2 interest rate that Capital One was going to give me, plus I was able to get gap insurance and my payments were still lover. Oh, Pam also asked did I own any other vehicles so I could qualify for $1,000 competitive discount - I did! To me, she just went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. She gave me a tour of the dealership. Oh, the front door service, they washed and Pam filled it up with gas. The dealership manager explained about extended warranty and went over all my paperwork. The business manager followed up with a phone call to see if I wanted additional information on extended warranty. I just think EVERYONE really went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant car buying experience. Thank you! More

There was no back and forth multiple times to get a deal done, the salesman (and sales manager) were very friendly and easy to work with and got me in a car that far surpassed what I initally was expecting. During the paperwork (and waiting) process, multiple employees talked to me and congratulated me on my purchase. Everyone was super friendly and made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
We had previously been to a local dealership and had a HORRIBLE experience and left there feeling lower than dirt. This made me think that every dealership would treat us this way; however, Pam Lawrence changed our minds within the first few minutes.We came into the dealership to see what vehicle would best meet our needs and be within our budget. We had previously researched and was undecided between a Soul or an Optima. Upon our arrival to the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Pam. She asked us if she could help us and what we were looking for. We told her about our research and she took it from there. She explained to us that,in order to stay within our price range, our options were either the Soul or the Forte. Upon looking closer at and being given the option to test drive both vehicles, we decided to test drive the Soul. As Pam road along with us, she explained all the different features that it had in great detail in an easy-to-understand language. She definitely had our best interest in mind as well as realizing what our needs were. After deciding that we just "HAD TO HAVE" the Soul, Pam took us inside and proceeded to start the paperwork. We figured that this was just protocol and that we would not even come close to leaving with a new vehicle. Within a few hours, we were offered top-dollar value for our trade-in and had been approved for our loan for a new vehicle. We walked out of there being owners of a new 2013 Kia Soul(Sport Edition). This was the absolute BEST vehicle buying experience EVER!!! Everyone was so nice to us and for that we are eternally grateful. On a last note, we decided that Pam really puts the "P" in her name: patient, personable, professional,passionate, pleasant, polite, proficient,precious, and above all...PRICELESS!!!
