I arrived on a very cold and windy day with my teenage son who uses a wheelchair, with hopes of finding a safe and accessible vehicle for him. Mr. Harper was so very patient to show us many, many vehicles - as we tested space and ease of loading my son's wheelchair in each one. He was very knowledgeable of features of each of the vehicles we were interested in. He stood in the cold without complaint or seeming concern, but continued to conduct himself with the utmost professionalism while still making us feel at ease. Once we finally found a vehicle which might fit our special needs, Mr. Harper, at my request, drove my teenage son and I around the test drive route. During our ride Mr. Harper took the time to talk to my son, to ask him what he was interested in and really personally connect with him. My son was impressed with him, which speaks volumes for Mr. Harper, as my son is a tough critic! I purchased the vehicle. I know if I had not had such a positive experience with the first person who made contact with me I would not have continued to look around the lot, which would have resulted in me taking my business elsewhere. I don't know how long Mr. Harper has been an employee at Casey Kia, but Mr. Casey and his ideals and standards were very well represented through Mr. Harper's kindness, professionalism, courtesy, patience and thoroughness to meet our needs. Returning from overseas I had been researching my new KIA for over four months and could not wait to get my hands on a 2013 Optima.
