The overall experience was great. I rated price as a "4" because as the customer paying less money would have been better. But I truly believe that Jeffrey and the sales manager gave us very close to the best deal they could, if not the best deal they could. We got what we needed for our family and I don't believe that I "overpaid" at all. It was a good solid buy. I would recommend Jeffrey and the dealership to anyone looking for a car. After the purchase was completed, Jeffrey and the team have been responsive to post sale questions that have come up. Went in with a new car from the showroom floor for my original 2011 Soul! model; after 3 years driving and fun dynamics of the 2011 model decided to trade up for a 2014 model of the same.
