Not only did she drive the car from another lot to Casey Kia for us, she gave us a nice tour of the car, smiling and friendly the whole time, on the coldest day of the year with snow all the way up to here! She was fantastic! And after a nice test drive, we decided to take the car. Casey Kia's price was so good, we didn't even haggle. The overall price and quality of the car I bought are great and I feel relieved knowing I have the Kia warranty. The only complaints I would have are that I felt I received a lowball offer on the car I traded in (which also happened to be a relatively newer Kia) and wasn't given an explanation of how/why the trade in value was determined. Part of that is my fault for not asking. I also didn't like the hard sell push for the dealership added warranty in the business office. I understand it's the nature of the business but it was overkill at that point. I would recommend this dealership and definitely my sales associate. More

They really looked out for me, and answered all my questions. I was able to take the car home for a couple of days so I can see how it would drive to and from work.
