I live an hour drive from the dealership so I called to see if vehicle, which was showing as available on their website, was still available and for sale. The customer service clerk looked in records and said it was availble and on the lot. I arrived 2 hours after talking with the customer service rep and before my engine was off, I was pounced on by one of their sales clerks. I told him the details of the vehicle. The sales clerk had no idea about this vehicle asked his boss who said it had been sold to their service department. When I said I called 2 hours before andit wasn't sold, the sales clerk sneakily went to the back to talk to his general manager, never to return tome again...he went out of his way to avoid talking to me. The slimy, yellow checkered jacketed general manager came to tell me it had been sold to the service d epartment the week before. He said nobody updates or makes changes to the site...lie!!! He said all sales men know the vehicles.....lie because salesman had no clue. I said they were dishonest to be advertising a vehicle and saying it was still available just toget me into their dealership. They are dishonest, misleading, shifty characters. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to their dealership. More
Great Deal, Great People I dropped by one evening to show my wife the Sorento and we were "trapped" by a salesman while looking in the window. The salesman was Matt Allen, a very nice guy trying to help us out. He was very friendly, answered questions, told us when he didn't know the answer but said he'd find out, and got my wife behind the wheel to drive around the parking lot since we weren't really ready to buy a car. We left the lot and my wife decided she wanted to keep her old vehicle. Fast forward three weeks and we were in the market to buy a car...for my son. Matt Allen saw me and came out because he remembered me and welcomed me back. We told him which car we were interested in, he got the keys and we went for a test drive. When we came back the dealership wanted to make a sale and we went through a short negotiation for a magic price. I told them I wasn't going to buy that evening without a little research since I had just discovered KIA. They came close, but we left. I told them I would do some research and get back to them on Saturday. When I came in with the price I was looking for based on a competitor's offer, Roberto the manager, met it. We actually came back to the dealership because of Matt, who had a family emergency that day (hope all is well), so we were helped by Brandon Thompson who was outstanding in his knowledge and very friendly. All in all we got a great deal on a car and a cardboard Soul Hamster to be awarded when the ad campaign finishes! More

He told me to test drive the silver soul and I did loving every moment sitting behind the wheel of my station wagon. It was a smooth and comfortable drive. I decided right then that I was leaving with a brand new car today. Laura Gayle is a great saleswoman as well as a very patient, knowledgeable sweet ladie. Laura was very helpful from the beginning to the end. My car deal was God sent because I am loving my low car payment. Thanks for everything and I am telling everyone about Kia More

First Car Went out not really sure what I wanted to get but after a couple test drives and a good amount of time spent at the dealership, I ended up getting a 2 Went out not really sure what I wanted to get but after a couple test drives and a good amount of time spent at the dealership, I ended up getting a 2015 Kia Soul (which I love). Ri'Chard was very helpful all the way through, wasn't pushy, and didn't try to just make a sale. The sales team overall was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Ultimately I came out with a decent price and a positive overall experience, if I happen to hear friends/family talking about needing a car I'd send them this way. More

Mario actually listened to what I said I wanted in my next vehicle... So well in fact, that he 'talked me off the ledge' and directed me to the care I REALLY needed versus the car I THOUGHT I needed. Instead I was pleasantly surprised and greeted by the General Manager who was very helpful I went to CASEY KIA expecting a high pressure sales pitch. Instead I was pleasantly surprised and greeted by the General Manager who was very helpful. I wanted to get an idea of the price of a new Sorento since I bought one from CASEY four years ago. I drove away with a brand new 2016 Sorento and very pleased. Laura Gayle was our sales associate who took the time and answered all our questions. Very impressive lady....truly an asset to Casey KIA. Brandon is fantastic! When I first started looking at vehicles more than a month ago I was indecisive and hard to work with (yes, I'm willing to admit it). So I went back When I first started looking at vehicles more than a month ago I was indecisive and hard to work with (yes, I'm willing to admit it). So I went back to the dealership to see Brandon once again. This time I was pretty set on what I wanted (still had 2 cars in mind) so I was hoping for the best. After getting paperwork started Brandon had to go to another dealership to get the car I wanted, forever grateful for that! So we test drove after Brandon had to wait for me to install my 14 mo olds car seat in the car. When we returned and had more waiting to do everyone was very nice and accommodating considering I had my baby with me. My fantastic experience doesn't end there! Once we got everything where I needed it to be payment wise, Brandon went to put gas in the new car and came back with milk for my son!!! Oh my gosh - above and beyond what he needed to do. Well anyway, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Brandon and James for everything they did for me and my son that day. I will surely never forget and I'll be back when it's time for another new car! More
