Katie was awesome! I took my husband's car in for a noise in the right wheel. They figured out what it was, ordered the parts and even put him in a loaner the next day, I took my husband's car in for a noise in the right wheel. They figured out what it was, ordered the parts and even put him in a loaner the next day, once all the parts were in. I was referred to Mr. Archer even though I was very hestiant in even considering I said my issues are with the salesman and not he company.
