He set the tone for my custo When I first started coming to Casey Kia a few years ago the first person that I came ini contact with was Taylor Powell. He set the tone for my customer service experience. He was very polite and welcomed me to the center. He made sure that I understood the things that were going to be done to to my car. He escorted me to the customer lounge to wait for my car and he gave me updates as necessary while I waited. Each time that I would come there for service he would be the one to greet me and show me what representative would be assisting me. I look forward to seeing him because I know that I am going to get that great customer service experience. A couple weeks ago when I went in for an inspection and oil change, I got out of my car and Taylor greeted me by saying "Hello Ms Prunty, it's nice to see you again." He proceeded to show me to the person that would be assisting me. This spoke volumes to me. He remembered my name! Not just another customer but he made it personal and I was overjoyed to know that the people I trust my car with and spend so much money with acknowledge me as more than just a paying customer. Not everywhere you go shows you this much respect. They should but they don't. Casey Kia is a car dealership that I would recommend to anyone to buy a car from or get service to their car done. More
