Alex was great as was the business manager. And both were so kind. And I love my new car. The only negative comment I have is that it took us 4 hours to complete the deal. With my last car I completed the entire deal online and spent just 30 minutes at the dealership. Next time I’ll come better prepared with what I like so I can complete the deal online. More
