I went to Casey to have my 3 Series serviced. While I was waiting I had to check out some new cars. Ryan Thomas asked me if I needed help and I test drove 2 2011 new 5 series cars. My car buying experience with Casey BMW and Lloyd Howell could not have been better. I was able to negotiate the deal entirely by e-mail and phone, which was important to me because the dealership was 45 m could not have been better. They were able to find the exact car for me that other dealers couldn't seem to find, and at a price that other dealers couldn't/wouldn't match. Lloyd even made the 45 minute trip to my office to have me sign papers to conclude the deal. The only trip I made into the dealership was to turn in my leased vehicle and pick up the new one. If you want a great car buying experience, hassle-free and at a terrific price, Casey BMW and Lloyd Howell is the place to go. More

My experience was absolutely outstanding in every sense. Prior to visiting Casey BMW I had already received several bottom line prices on a used BMW 530i and some trade-in offers on my car from other dealer Prior to visiting Casey BMW I had already received several bottom line prices on a used BMW 530i and some trade-in offers on my car from other dealers. I provided Casey BMW the opportunity to beat their competitors without telling them what exactly the other dealer prices were or their offer for my trade-in...Casey BMW clearly beat them on both accounts. While making the quick purchase with my entirely family attending, our salesperson orderd pizza for my kids and made the transition easy and exciting. It's important to mention, after having drug my kids around several dealers to get their opinion, that even they noticed how nicely we were treated at Casey BMW. The used car I purchased did have one slight questionable safety issue that our salesperson noticed and quickly mentioned to us, however, they also offered to look at and repair it as necessary the following business day (this was on a weekend). Upon meeting the General Manager, he extended the offer for his service department to address any other issue that I may find in the coming days...this is on an older used car that clearly stated "As Is - No Warranty." I promptly made a list of minor things and dropped off the car with the service department - - and was even offered a loaner while they had it...did I mention that I purchased an older used car that came with no warranty?! Up to this point, as a very satisfied customer, Casey BMW earned my loyalty and I would definitely make this my first stop when I'm ready to upgrade again. More
