While my current BMW was in for service I found a new BMW on the lot that I was interested in. Spoke to sales person who gave me a brochure and his card. I returned 2 days later and waited for sales person on the lot that I was interested in. Spoke to sales person who gave me a brochure and his card. I returned 2 days later and waited for sales person to finsh with another customer...he said he would be done in a few minutes. After 45 minutes I left to take care of some other business and returned about 1 hr later...sales person still busy but said he would be with me momentairly. I told him I only had a couple of questions. Over 30 min later I was still waiting so left. I called the sales person the next day and told him what I was interested in. He never called me back. More

This was not my first visit to a BMW dealership, but because of the attention and customer service it is where I purchased. I have never owned a BMW but I did lots of research prior to buying from Casey because of the attention and customer service it is where I purchased. I have never owned a BMW but I did lots of research prior to buying from Casey. Everyone at this dealer treated me well, and they were very friendly. The entire process was a pleasant one, and they went above and beyond to accomodate my desires. I would recommend this dealreship to anyone who's looking or serious about buying. More
