Originally, I only went in to have fluids filled on my 2010 X3 and his friendly approach and demeanor lead me into trading in my 2010 for the 2011 that I was looking at in the show room. Of the three client advisers I have worked with, all at different dealerships, I rate him number 1. From the time I walked on the lot until I walked out of the dealership with my new BMW, I was treated like I was the first lady.
