I was able to negotiate the deal entirely by e-mail and phone, which was important to me because the dealership was 45 m could not have been better. They were able to find the exact car for me that other dealers couldn't seem to find, and at a price that other dealers couldn't/wouldn't match. Lloyd even made the 45 minute trip to my office to have me sign papers to conclude the deal. The only trip I made into the dealership was to turn in my leased vehicle and pick up the new one.
