Ryan not only answered my questions quickly and enabled an extended test drive in as close a car to my desires as possible, he followed up by helping build a custom configuration leveraging BMW's corporate website and dealer tools. The finance office matched my target price and even helped increase my purchase incentive after I had placed my order. I have no experience with the service center beyond a dealership tour, so I have not reviewed that area. I knew what I wanted and Ryan and Casey BMW enabled me to confirm my desires and turn them into aluminum, steel, leather, and paint. More

Dan & Jimmy are great, like close family. Lloyd and Wayne always have kind words to say and help without that pushy feeling at other dealerships. Dan & Casey BMW scheduled our X5 pick up at the performance center/factory. Fantastic adventure and learning tool. We are sold on BMW for performance, comfort and safety. A "Performance Delivery" is a must experience!!! On Friday I took the X5 into Casey BMW for included annual inspection & oil change. Spent time with Dan and test drove a 2011 335i convertible on the lot I knew I couldn't afford last year. Wife dove it the next day while Lloyd appraised the Dakota SLT pickup I drove for 6-1/2 years with 133K miles. We really liked the 335i but didn't think $$ would work out. Didn't at first and I planned to keep the pickup another year or two. Two hours later Jimmy worked something out internally and met my $$ limit. Dan relayed the word & a few hours later the 335i joined the X5 at home. I've used the service department 3 times over the past year. First was the 1000 check-in of the X5. Then an oil change at 6,000 to ease my own "old school" mindset on break-in fluid changes and to put on a recall label. Last one was the annual BMW included oil change & vehicle inspections. Mike is "service" and is always attentive & a straight shooter. I asked to have the 335i assigned to Mike's service team. I went to BMW because of the product & information gleaned through the BMW CCA. I went to Casey BMW last year because I didn't like the "preferred pricing" scheme a BMW factory store in another town used. Casey BMW was more than an enjoyable experience, it was being accepted into a tight nit professional group that knows their product and customer service. No egos there - only friends. More

In two weeks, we concluded the sale and Wayne guided me through the entire process working extremely hard to overcome a few hurdles and came through in the end with exactly what we wanted. Sammie was not your typical pusshy salesman. He let the car and dealership sell itself. He has a grat personality.
