First, I must say that my first BMW was purchased at Casey. The service was outstanding and the technicians knew the vehicles. Because of that I decided to buy the next BMW from them. Wayne, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He knew his product well and he likes what he sells. He made sure that everything worked well and that I knew the vehicle's features before I drove it home. Lloyd and Jimmy, the managers, checked with me each time I came by to make certain that I was happy with the car and knew all the features. Casey BMW gave me a fair trade in on the old BMW, a great price on the new one, and great service getting everything ready. If the service on my new 528i is as good as it was for my 328i, I will buy my next car from them. More

I had been looking for a pre-owned 335d for a few weeks. Last Friday I made an inquiry with Ryan about the pre-owned 335d you had on your lot. I decided to make the trip from Virginia Beach on Sat (my birthday)to see the car and also have you appraise my trade in. I was quickly greeted when I walked in and was told Ryan would be right up. Shortly after I was greeted by Ryan and taken to see the freshly washed and cleaned 335d. I have been in the auto insurance claims industry for over 14 years now and one thing for sure is clean cars make all the difference when customers see them. I was impressed at the level of detail in the cleanliness. While I was talking to Ryan outside and getting ready to go for a test drive Lloyd came outside and introduced himself and commented how clean my trade in was. While we took the 335d for a test drive Lloyd took the time to test drive my trade and look it over which cut down on the transaction time. During the test drive Ryan took the time to not only explain features of the vehicle but took the time to get to know me. I manage a large claims office with a major insurance company and the one thing I preach about to my employees is to take the time to make a personal connection with a customer. I have bought many cars over the years and I can promise you that I have never returned to the dealers who did not understand the fundamentals of good customer service. Casey BMW in my eyes understands and delivers excellent customer service. This may have been my first BMW but rest assured it will not be my last. I want to start off by saying this was the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had with buying a new car. I came home this tuesday from Casey BMW with a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, which is friendliest experience I have ever had with buying a new car. People who know me I don't do these type of things lightly, I research purchases heavily before I do them. One night last week I came home from work late and was surfing the net like I sometimes do to wind down and I happen to go to Casey's BMW's site and found an intriguing lease offer on the car I've always wanted. So at 1230 in the morning sun night/mon morning I was curious to see what they would give me in trade on my Honda CRV(which I also bought at Casey by the way) and found out in a reply email from Sammie Buckhanon that same night that I could get a very nice amount for my vehicle. It surprised me that I got a reply email so fast and from an actual person! I went to work the next morning Not thinking much about it, until I got a call around 11am from Sammie. He was so pleasant on the phone and asked what I was interested in so I told him, and we set up an appointment for the next day at 1130. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because I injured my shoulder at work the same day, so I emailed him later in evening canceling our meeting. My week passed and my shoulder got better and I received another call the following Monday from a customer representative so I rescheduled my appointment for the next morning at 1130 once again. As I was on my way to the dealership Sammie called me and asked me how my shoulder was very sincerely. I met him at the dealership and with a warm welcome we discussed what I wanted and what my options were, but we first got to know each other, there was no pressure or rush to " push" a sale on to me. He took the time to get to know me and we discussed my profession which happens to be a culinary manager for a very well know casual dining restaurant chain, and how his wife loves to cook. His personality definitely put me at ease. We went out to my car and he got the process going of getting an estimate for my vehicle trade in, he stated he wanted to get this done first so he would not hold me up and we could concentrate on a test drive for the vehicle I wanted. We went out to the car and was explaining the features of the car and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgable and didnt talk to much while I was driving so I could enjoy my ride. He told me about how maintenance is included and about the run flat tires. We came back and sat down, and he gave me a time estimate of when I would be out of the dealership with my vehicle by 445 pm. I couldn't believe it. I came in at 1130. He worked with me on my needs and in my budget. Sammie introduced me to everyone and a tour of the dealership, which even has a gym! Everyone was so nice and warm. I work in the service industry and I know that building personal relationships are the key to being successful. I know that surprise and delight are essential and you don't see it much in today's society, so when I do I have to say something about it. By the way I walked out the door by 515 pm. I would have walked out at 445 but I was busy enjoying my experience too much! So I walked away with a great deal, within my budget, got my dream car and made a new friend, who I hope to see soon at my restaurant! I BET NONE OF YOU GUYS ARE AS HAPPY WITH THIS DEALER AS I AM!!!! MAY 21, 2012 I WALKED INTO THIS DEALERSHIP AT 8:55PM, EXACTLY "5 MINUTES" BEFORE CLOSING!! PRETTY LATE, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO ALIVE! AM!!!! MAY 21, 2012 I WALKED INTO THIS DEALERSHIP AT 8:55PM, EXACTLY "5 MINUTES" BEFORE CLOSING!! PRETTY LATE, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO ALIVE!! I SAT DOWN WITH LLOYD, THE SALES MANAGER, AND WE CUSTOM BUILT MY NEW 2013 BMW X6 ONLINE. MY CAR WAS ORDERED THAT NIGHT WITH A SCHEDULED TIME TO GO INTO PRODUCTION THE 3RD WEEK IN JUNE, WHICH IS NEXT WEEK.. WHY AM I WRITING MY REVIEW TODAY YOU WONDER???? BECAUSE LLOYD AND RYAN ARE SO DINOMITE THAT THEIR PERSISTENCE GOT MY CAR INTO PRODUCTION, SHIPPED, AND ON THEIR LOT WAITING FOR ME IN "20 BUSINESS DAYS"!!!! THE AVERAGE PRODUCTION ON THIS CAR ALONE ON THE ASSEMBLY LINE IS ALMOST THIS LONG!!! BOY AM I AMAZED BY THE HARD WORK AND TIME THESE 2 GUYS PUT INTO SEEING THEIR CUSTOMERS SMILE! NOT ONLY DID MY CAR ARRIVE EARLY, BUT A FEW OTHER CARS ORDERED BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER MINES DID TOO!! LIKE ME, I AM "POSITIVE" THOSE CUSTOMERS ARE AMAZED AS WELL. I JOINED XBIMMERS FORUM AND READ THE BLOGS AND POSTS ABOUT THE BMW X6 PRODUCTION AND HAD LITTLE TO NO FAITH THAT MY CAR WOULD BE IN MY DRIVEWAY BY THE END OF THE MONTH.. ITS BARELY THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH AND MY CAR IS PARKED OUT FRONT! IT WAS SO AMAZING BECAUSE I HAD RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM LLOYD ASKING ME TO COME IN AND DISCUSS MY FINANCE OPTIONS AHEAD OF TIME SO THAT IN JULY WHEN I GOT MY CAR, THE PAPERWORK WOULD BE A BREEZE. YOU GUYS, I WENT INTO THIS DEALERSHIP EXPECTING BORING PAPERWORK.. RYAN GREETED ME AND TOOK ME ON A VIRTUAL TOUR OF THE ENTIRE SERVICE CENTER SO WHEN THE TIME CAME TO GET MY CAR SERVICED, I COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GYM, LOANER CAR SERVICE, AND LOBBY.. WELL CHRISTMAS HAD CAME EARLY FOR ME THIS YEAR, BECAUSE WHEN WE RETURNED TO THE SHOWROOM, WHAT WAS SPARKING LIKE A BLUE DIAMOND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR???? MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! LLOYD'S PLEASURE CAME FROM SEEING THE LOOK ON MY FACE ONCE I REALIZED THAT MY CAR WAS REALLY THERE!! RYAN WAS PROBABLY HAPPIER THAN I WAS!! THIS WAS A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!! NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS HAPPENED EVERY TIME I WALKED INTO THIS DEALERSHIP! THE PHONE CALLS WERE 100% GOOD NEWS AND MUSIC TO MY EARS!! ALSO, LET ME JUST MENTION THAT IM 21 WITH GOOD CREDIT IN THE 700's, BUT I HAVE NEVER FINANCED ANY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY.. SO OF COURSE BMW FINANCE AGENCY'S INITIAL RESPONSE WAS "NO" WITHOUT HESITATION OR EVEN A COUNTEROFFER. LLOYD IS SOOOOOOOO AMAZING THAT HE TOLD ME THAT HE'D DO EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO HELP ME OUT, AND 2 DAYS LATER I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL.. FROM WHO??? "LLOYD"!! APPROVED WITH 3.99% INTEREST BABY!!! THIS IS DEFINITELY THE LOWEST INTEREST RATE I HAVE EVER OBTAINED ON ANYTHING! I HONESTLY THOUGHT THAT THIS GUY WAS KIDDING, UNTIL HE SAID "CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW CAR, WELCOME TO BMW!" NOW THATS A REAL DEALER!! I DIDNT KNOW IF I WAS JUST GETTING A NEW CAR OR A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP INTO THE BMW FAMILY.. BUT IT DEFINITELY FEELS LIKE THE BEGINNING OF A LIFETIME SUPPORT SYSTEM. I RECEIVED REBATES AND DISCOUNTS I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR!! OVER $3K IN SAVINGS! I ADDED THE FULL LED LIGHTS($1950) WITH THE ANTICIPATION TO PUT $2K MORE DOWN ON THE CAR, BUT LLOYD INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE "$FREE.99" AFTER ALL OF MY REBATES AND DISCOUNTS!! AND THE REST OF MY SAVINGS WERE APPLIED TO THE BALANCE. I ALSO LEARNED A LOT FROM THESE GUYS EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AS FAR AS THE OPTIONS TO LEASE/OWN. LIKE I SAID, IM 21, SO I WAS CLUELESS AS TO WHAT LEASING WAS REALLY ABOUT ^_^ TEAM RYAN & TEAM LLOYD!!! GO VISIT THESE GUYS, THERES NO BMW DEALERSHIP LIKE CASEY!! IVE BEEN LOOKING AROUND IN MANY STATES SINCE FEBRUARY!! MOST DEALERSHIPS DID NOTHING BUT LOSE MY INTEREST BY THE MINUTE BECAUSE MOST BLEW SMOKE, BUT I PROMISE, YOU WONT FEEL PRESSURED TO BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! IM "PERSONALLY" REFERRING YOU ALL TO RYAN! Dan called once for a follow up. We were pleased we were not being bugged every other day. Two weeks later we emailed Dan for the selling price of the car. We negotiated by email for a very smooth, stress-free buying experience. This is our second BMW purchased from Casey. More
I recently purchased a very low mileage used Lexus ISF and drove it home. Soon after driving it the following day, I noticed that the brakes were squeaking. Being that the ISF is a true performance car and drove it home. Soon after driving it the following day, I noticed that the brakes were squeaking. Being that the ISF is a true performance car with a 6 Piston and 2 Piston brake setup all factory, I thought it may just be wearing in. After I took a look at the brakes myself, I noticed that the wear indicator was already touching the brake rotors. I did mention this to Paul as well as their Finance individual. He spoke with one of the GM's or superiors at the dealership and they agreed to take care of the problem being that I just purchased the vehicle. I was told to schedule a service appointment to which I did. I dropped the car off at 8am last Friday and get a call at 3pm the same day stating that the brake pads "met their minimal requirements" before they needed to be changed and "they will continue to squeak". So now I am driving around with 30-day tags and brakes that squeak at every stop. This is very poor customer service in my opinion. I have purchased over 20+ cars and also recently purchased a new Passat TDI from Casey VW with no problem. Casey BMW on the other hand has lost my business entirely. More

Casey's solution was to reimburse me for the Jiffy Lube oil change I was forced to make, and offered no other adjustment. The next problem was a whisteling sound at highway speeds; I had another BMW dealer check it out and they said the windshield had been improperly replaced - not mentioned on the CarFax statement Casey provided me at purchase, and that to fix it would lay the car up for several days. Next crisis was on my first long distance drive, a work trip to Penn State. Right after I passed the "Welcome to the Wilds of Pennslyvannia" billboard, the Service Engine light came on. Luckily, I was able to find a BMW dealer in State College, and they said there had been a service bulletin on the solenoid in this model, which Casey had somehow missed while inspecting my "certified pre-owned" BMW. Lastly, now that the overpowering stench of "new car smell" spray has worn off, I know why they had used it - the previous owner was a smoker, which is what the interior smells like now. In conclusion, if there is a used-car dealer trick or maintenance shortcut they missed, it wasn't for lack of trying. More

After talking over to Mr. Buckhannon over the telephone, I knew I wanted to do business with this dealership. I was highly pleased with the service I received.
