On Monday, 1 Oct 2012, I had the pleasure of purchasing my second BMW from the Casey BMW Dealership in Newport News. I knew from the moment my husband and I arrived on the lot Saturday evening, 29 Sept, my second BMW from the Casey BMW Dealership in Newport News. I knew from the moment my husband and I arrived on the lot Saturday evening, 29 Sept, that this purchase was going to be different from any vehicle purchase I've made before. This feeling rang true as my future client executive, Mr. Duncan Sullivan and my family walked toward each other. At first impression, he was knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, he treated us with dignity and respect, making us feel valued. He listened intently to us as we conveyed our needs and he immediately discussed our options for our next purchase and we felt that he really cared, not just about the sale, but that he truly believed in the BMW legacy and that we deserved to continue to experience the Bavarian Motor Works driving experience. My outstanding experience with Duncan continued on through 1 Oct when I was finally available to close the sale. Bottom line: This experience sets the bar for all future vehicle purchases. I've told anyone that will listen that if they don't leave the dealership feeling like an extended family member and proud of it, then, they definitely weren't at Casey and certainly didn't not receive a client executive such as Duncan Sullivan. Very please with my experience so far. Dan Williams and Jimmy the sales manager bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. I just took delivery of my new X5 i50 and was able to sign and drive off t Jimmy the sales manager bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. I live in Fredericksburg and was looking for a 2008 Lexus LS 460 L. I found one at Casey BMW and started a phone conversation with Demetra, went back and forth for a couple of days. She was exceptionally pleasant and friendly and wanted to accommodate me if she could. Of course, since she was a sales person I was expecting that. I decided to drive down to see the car on my day off. She bent over backwards to take care of me. She was a newer sales woman but made a great effort. They also suggested I drive a BMW 750i L (2007). It was a very nice car, but I really liked the Lexus. We came to a very good compromise on the price and they also replaced the windshield which had a small crack in it. I was happy with our negotiation and it was not high pressured. They realized what I was willing to pay and I knew they needed to make a profit. Because the windshield needed to be replaced I could not take the car. A few days later Demetra wanted to drive the car up to me on her day off. It was pristine. She and the dealership went out of their way to do right by this deal. It was a pleasure to work with her, Jimme, Lloyd and the rest of the team at Casey BMW. More
