I HAD DAMAGED THE OUTSIDE SIDE MIRROR ON MY 325 2004 CONVERTIBLE , I DROVE THERE ON A SUNDAY TO "JUST" LOOK AT WHAT THEY MIGHT HAVE AS A TRADE=IN INSTEAD OF HAVING IT FIXED. i EXPLAINED i WANTED TO LO CONVERTIBLE , I DROVE THERE ON A SUNDAY TO "JUST" LOOK AT WHAT THEY MIGHT HAVE AS A TRADE=IN INSTEAD OF HAVING IT FIXED. i EXPLAINED i WANTED TO LOOK AT ANOTHER CONVERTIBLE LESS THAN 25,000 MILES. MINE WAS 83000 MILES. DUNCAN LISTENED TO MY CRITERIA AND THERE WAS A COLOR AND INTERIOR COLOR AND 26,000 MILE CAR I WANTED TO DRIVE. IT WAS THE ONE I DROVE AND THE ONE I BOUGHT. WE AGREED ON A PRICE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND I DROVE IT HOME. I PREVIOUSLY HAD SERVICE ON MY OTHER CAR SO I KNEW I WOULD BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF . My wife and I went into Casey BMW in hopes of getting a new car for her. We were immediately greeted by Duncan Sullivan and it was really a delight to work with him and everyone else on the staff. From the beginning, everything was handled very well and professionally. The only "not great" things would be that I had to find the car that we ended up leasing that was at another dealership. Once I found the car, Duncan and the staff did everything they could and got me the car I had found. Also, one thing that caught me a little off guard was the fact that my car didn't have any floor mats and they had none in stock so I had to order some. I asked if we could just take some from a car on the lot in the same color, and I was told we couldn't. I guess it didn't make any sense seeing how that last dealership just took the floor mats from my car. Lastly, there was some confusion as to the capabilities of the car I leased due to changes between model years that was not passed on to me prior. However, Duncan did a good job with us and I would definitely go back to Casey if given the opportunity. Just some things I think could have been done better. I went into the dealership looking to purchase a certified used BMW, specifically either a 2010 or 2011 3-series model. My client advisor, Dan Williams, was extremely knowledgeable and the consumat certified used BMW, specifically either a 2010 or 2011 3-series model. My client advisor, Dan Williams, was extremely knowledgeable and the consumate professional. Dan and the Casey BMW staff were able to convince me into getting into a new 2013 3-series Active Hybrid BMW for essentially the same price point. Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was familiar with all the capabilities and amenities in the car. As the car was a surprise gift for my wife, Dan also scheduled a time for her to come back into the dealership so that he could personally familiarize her with all the car's features. As a prior BMW owner I can confidently say that the cars sell themselves, however, the service and professionalism of the Casey BMW staff is unparalleled in the business. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. If you visit Casey BMW, be sure to ask for Dan, you can't miss him, he's the guy that looks like Santa Claus! You'll be glad you did. He allowed me to gain a rapport, build trust, and make a decision based on what I wanted as well as what I could afford. I am impressed and I love my x328i. Ryan Thomas, the salesman never looked at his clock nor did Lloyd. Patience was so obvious . Being a woman, selecting a car is tough. Yet they explained every detail of the car and addressed all of my concerns. When I walked in to BMW , I wasn't sure about purchasing a car. However, after being treated like queen, I purchased my dream car. I will definitely refer my family and friends. Mr. Llyod stayed after hours to explain every detail of my car the day I was picking it up. He even suggested that I call if I had questions about the car. I found the prices of used cars very competitive at this dealership and also the sales person, Ryan , is very knowledgable person. He suggested couple of alternatives to get the car on loan as I dont have S dealership and also the sales person, Ryan , is very knowledgable person. The sale is pretty straight forward although I wish the dealership should have provided some accessories as complimentary during the purchase. He followed up with several calls and went out of his way to make sure that I had the ultimate BMW shopping experience. I had left Casey dealerships several years ago because of bad experiences but Joe makes me glad that I decided to give them another chance. If you want a fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy, diligent person working for you, Joe is your guy. I would recommend him without hesitation. Lloyd Howell was also instrumental in making me feel at ease. He was also very personable and helped to ease my apprehensions about purchasing a new car. He went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate it. It's good to know that there are some car salesmen/business men still out there with integrity. More

I brought my wife's vehicle in here for service (oil change) and I must admit that initially it did go well. After getting the vehicle back we went straight home and parked the car. Well the next day I went out to warm the car up for my wife to leave for work and to my surprise the car was (tapping) loudly something it wasn't doing before I took it in. Thankfully she was able to go to work in one of our other cars but upon them opening I called the dealership and was initially greeted with a little push back that I didn't expect. But nevertheless I pressed on taking it back so that the shop foreman could listen to the vehicle and determine the source of the problem. And I'm pleased to say that the Service Staff went above and beyond to find and fix the problem as well as put to rest any and all concerns I may have had about their commitment to providing great customer care/service! More
