I was looking for a quality used vehicle for my wife so I stopped by the lot to take a look at the used inventory not expecting to buy anything. That's when Mr. Buckhanon approached me. He was never pushy, answered all of my questions and assured me if I were interested, I would be buying a quality used vehicle for my wife. I told him I had just bought a home and didn't think I would qualify for a loan under my terms. He assured me that they could work something out that would fit my budget. I must say, although, I didn't go there to buy a vehicle the next day my wife test drove and hours later was driving away with a beautiful 7-Series Beamer. I can't say enough about Sammie Buckhanon and his customer service before and after the sale. Thanks to Sammie and Lloyd, I will definitely be doing business with Casey BMW again. I have purchased my new vehicles from Casey Toyota since 1995. I decided to make a change and buy a new BMW so I knew I would be given good service with Casey BMW and I was not disappointed. I was treated exceptionally well from the moment I pulled onto the lot. I was immediately greated by Lloyd who I thought was a Sales rep and come to find out he worked in the finance dept. He never hesitated to assist me with what I wanted. Then, he told me he was getting a subject matter expert on the vehicle I wanted and he would explain all of the features of the vehicle. And Wayne Heath was the man. He took me on a test drive and I was sold by the time we got back. I drove my new 2012 BMW 528i home that evening. I pulled onto the lot at 4:00pm and I was back home at 8:00pm with my new BMW and it is SWEEEET! Thanks so much Wayne Heath and Lloyd Howell!!!!! More

First, I must say that my first BMW was purchased at Casey. The service was outstanding and the technicians knew the vehicles. Because of that I decided to buy the next BMW from them. Wayne, the sale Casey. The service was outstanding and the technicians knew the vehicles. Because of that I decided to buy the next BMW from them. Wayne, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He knew his product well and he likes what he sells. He made sure that everything worked well and that I knew the vehicle's features before I drove it home. Lloyd and Jimmy, the managers, checked with me each time I came by to make certain that I was happy with the car and knew all the features. Casey BMW gave me a fair trade in on the old BMW, a great price on the new one, and great service getting everything ready. If the service on my new 528i is as good as it was for my 328i, I will buy my next car from them. More

I had been looking for a pre-owned 335d for a few weeks. Last Friday I made an inquiry with Ryan about the pre-owned 335d you had on your lot. I decided to make the trip from Virginia Beach on Sat (my birthday)to see the car and also have you appraise my trade in. I was quickly greeted when I walked in and was told Ryan would be right up. Shortly after I was greeted by Ryan and taken to see the freshly washed and cleaned 335d. I have been in the auto insurance claims industry for over 14 years now and one thing for sure is clean cars make all the difference when customers see them. I was impressed at the level of detail in the cleanliness. While I was talking to Ryan outside and getting ready to go for a test drive Lloyd came outside and introduced himself and commented how clean my trade in was. While we took the 335d for a test drive Lloyd took the time to test drive my trade and look it over which cut down on the transaction time. During the test drive Ryan took the time to not only explain features of the vehicle but took the time to get to know me. I manage a large claims office with a major insurance company and the one thing I preach about to my employees is to take the time to make a personal connection with a customer. I have bought many cars over the years and I can promise you that I have never returned to the dealers who did not understand the fundamentals of good customer service. Casey BMW in my eyes understands and delivers excellent customer service. This may have been my first BMW but rest assured it will not be my last. I want to start off by saying this was the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had with buying a new car. I came home this tuesday from Casey BMW with a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, which is friendliest experience I have ever had with buying a new car. I came home this tuesday from Casey BMW with a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, which is pretty much my dream car. People who know me I don't do these type of things lightly, I research purchases heavily before I do them. One night last week I came home from work late and was surfing the net like I sometimes do to wind down and I happen to go to Casey's BMW's site and found an intriguing lease offer on the car I've always wanted. So at 1230 in the morning sun night/mon morning I was curious to see what they would give me in trade on my Honda CRV(which I also bought at Casey by the way) and found out in a reply email from Sammie Buckhanon that same night that I could get a very nice amount for my vehicle. It surprised me that I got a reply email so fast and from an actual person! I went to work the next morning Not thinking much about it, until I got a call around 11am from Sammie. He was so pleasant on the phone and asked what I was interested in so I told him, and we set up an appointment for the next day at 1130. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because I injured my shoulder at work the same day, so I emailed him later in evening canceling our meeting. My week passed and my shoulder got better and I received another call the following Monday from a customer representative so I rescheduled my appointment for the next morning at 1130 once again. As I was on my way to the dealership Sammie called me and asked me how my shoulder was very sincerely. I met him at the dealership and with a warm welcome we discussed what I wanted and what my options were, but we first got to know each other, there was no pressure or rush to " push" a sale on to me. He took the time to get to know me and we discussed my profession which happens to be a culinary manager for a very well know casual dining restaurant chain, and how his wife loves to cook. His personality definitely put me at ease. We went out to my car and he got the process going of getting an estimate for my vehicle trade in, he stated he wanted to get this done first so he would not hold me up and we could concentrate on a test drive for the vehicle I wanted. We went out to the car and was explaining the features of the car and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgable and didnt talk to much while I was driving so I could enjoy my ride. He told me about how maintenance is included and about the run flat tires. We came back and sat down, and he gave me a time estimate of when I would be out of the dealership with my vehicle by 445 pm. I couldn't believe it. I came in at 1130. He worked with me on my needs and in my budget. Sammie introduced me to everyone and a tour of the dealership, which even has a gym! Everyone was so nice and warm. I work in the service industry and I know that building personal relationships are the key to being successful. I know that surprise and delight are essential and you don't see it much in today's society, so when I do I have to say something about it. By the way I walked out the door by 515 pm. I would have walked out at 445 but I was busy enjoying my experience too much! So I walked away with a great deal, within my budget, got my dream car and made a new friend, who I hope to see soon at my restaurant!
