I HAD DAMAGED THE OUTSIDE SIDE MIRROR ON MY 325 2004 CONVERTIBLE , I DROVE THERE ON A SUNDAY TO "JUST" LOOK AT WHAT THEY MIGHT HAVE AS A TRADE=IN INSTEAD OF HAVING IT FIXED. i EXPLAINED i WANTED TO LO CONVERTIBLE , I DROVE THERE ON A SUNDAY TO "JUST" LOOK AT WHAT THEY MIGHT HAVE AS A TRADE=IN INSTEAD OF HAVING IT FIXED. i EXPLAINED i WANTED TO LOOK AT ANOTHER CONVERTIBLE LESS THAN 25,000 MILES. MINE WAS 83000 MILES. DUNCAN LISTENED TO MY CRITERIA AND THERE WAS A COLOR AND INTERIOR COLOR AND 26,000 MILE CAR I WANTED TO DRIVE. IT WAS THE ONE I DROVE AND THE ONE I BOUGHT. WE AGREED ON A PRICE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND I DROVE IT HOME. I PREVIOUSLY HAD SERVICE ON MY OTHER CAR SO I KNEW I WOULD BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF . HAD DUNCAN NOT LISTENED AND TRIED TO SHOW ME MANY CARS THE SALE WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. More
My wife and I went into Casey BMW in hopes of getting a new car for her. We were immediately greeted by Duncan Sullivan and it was really a delight to work with him and everyone else on the staff. From the beginning, everything was handled very well and professionally. The only "not great" things would be that I had to find the car that we ended up leasing that was at another dealership. Once I found the car, Duncan and the staff did everything they could and got me the car I had found. Also, one thing that caught me a little off guard was the fact that my car didn't have any floor mats and they had none in stock so I had to order some. I asked if we could just take some from a car on the lot in the same color, and I was told we couldn't. I guess it didn't make any sense seeing how that last dealership just took the floor mats from my car. Lastly, there was some confusion as to the capabilities of the car I leased due to changes between model years that was not passed on to me prior. However, Duncan did a good job with us and I would definitely go back to Casey if given the opportunity. Just some things I think could have been done better. Thank you for the car and hopefully there will be no issues with it. More
