I've been taking my car to Casey BMW for a few years now and in regards to service, Mike Bullis has always been an excellent manager in regards to customer service. Yesterday, Mike referred me to Rob Collins when I told him I may be interested in purchasing a new car. Rob was the best, true top of the line person. He remained patient with me and answered all my questions and took the time listen to me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. The paperwork process was seamless and almost scary because it was so easy. There was absolutely no hassle involved. Rob showed me every detail of my new car and made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the transaction. The team at Casey reaffirmed all the reasons I continue to give them my business. Kudos! More

Despite being a BMW dealership both Christina and Rob took the time to learn Mercedes Benz functionality to more than adequately address every one of my questions.
