My wife and I were searching to replace our X3 that we bought from Casey BMW 8 years prior. We received a call from Ray to bring our X3 to have it accessed so when Ray came back and gave us the accessment bought from Casey BMW 8 years prior. We received a call from Ray to bring our X3 to have it accessed so when Ray came back and gave us the accessment and we were surprised, so I ask Ray that we needed to see if another X3 with a 6 cylinder engine could be found. Ray told us that we would be working with Rob, so Rob searched thru the inventory with no luck but in the meantime my wife and I went on the lot and found a X5 (2013) with the 6 cylinder engine. I ask Rob to run the numbers with Ray to see what could be worked out . We were surprised again with the difference on the price between an X3 and a X5 with the end to the year discounts, so we purchased the X5 and have been very pleased. The car has more accessories than we need but they will be there if we need them and also the friendlineess from the Sales staff and service deptment will keep our family coming back to Casey BMW More

Duncan Sullivan was an outgoing and friendly dealer. He was not overly aggressive like most car salesmen that I have worked with in the past. Why was I drawn back to BMW? The attention to details, excellent customer service, awesome maintenance support, and the relationship you built with me during the very first BMW sale over 5+ years ago did the trick. I love how the titles (General Manager and Sales Manager), did not make me feel uncomfortable. I saw JIMMY and LLOYD as old friends and experts in the field, who were willing to get in the trenches with me and fight. I was happy to be back home with my family. I did not feel like a number, quota, or conversion, I was a potential client trying to find a car and with all the leadership and guidance, a plan came together in 3 days.
