We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, Maria. Back in October of 2013 when you came in to have the vehicle fixed after the incident, we did our best to correct the situation. We also received your email in February asking for advice regarding the issue with your daughter needing to take the vehicle to a dealership by her school to have her coolant light checked out.
