I am not normally comfortable going to car dealerships to look at cars due to the pressure of the sales personnel. That was not the case at Casey BMW, Ducan made the process of presenting, explaining and test driving the car VERY VERY comfortable and totally put me at ease. As soon as my meeting with Duncan was over and I left the dealership, I knew I had to have my dream car - 2015 428i convertible! Ducan is the BEST!!! More
