Mike Lewis, Casey BMW Employee of the Month!! I went to Casey BMW for a scheduled oil change and found out I didn't need the maintenance after all due to previous maintenance. Mike Lewis personall I went to Casey BMW for a scheduled oil change and found out I didn't need the maintenance after all due to previous maintenance. Mike Lewis personally topped off my washer fluid, radiator fluid and showed me how to identify when my car needs maintenance. This the main reason why I would bring my vehicle back for schedule maintenance or if I decide to purchase a new vehicle. Mike Lewis needs to be the Employee of the Month at Casey BMW!!! He deserves a rating of 100! More

Extremely deceitful. Military members beware!!! This has to have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Before I start, I'd like to say that not everyone is a xxxxxxx at t This has to have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Before I start, I'd like to say that not everyone is a xxxxxxx at the BMW. I had talked with Marilou before and she was very professional. I picked out my car on USAA and got a certificate with a guaranteed price. As soon as I got to the dealership, I already had bad vibes. I told the salesman about the certificate and he seemed shrug it off and proceed with showing me a car. I found him to be very deceitful as he showed me the same model of car that I had on my certificate, but it was the 'loaded' model. It was nearly 10K more than what I wanted! I found it hilarious that they wanted nearly 50K for what amounted to a luxurious Toyota Corolla with a sunroof. During the test drive, the salesman was very quiet and seemed to not be very knowledgable about the vehicle - I learned more about the car surfing around on Youtube for 10 mins. After returning, they appraised my car (which makes most of their bimmers look like a joke, trust me) and gave me a trade-in value that was so bad it was unreal. They told me that it would cost them $2000 to replace 2 tires, which I know for a fact are about $700 on average. When I complained, the salesman tried to subtly insult me. A little while later, he admitted that he hadn't shown me the car that I had the certificate for. The funny part was that they actually had that car in stock - in the same color I wanted! What kind of games are they trying to play over there? If you are a military member, I highly suggest you bring your certificate with you, shove it in their face and demand that they show you the car in the receipt for the price that it says. If not, walk out and complain to USAA. I refuse to tolerate crookedness and this BMW dealership is full of it. This makes me almost not want to buy a bimmer. I'm am disgusted at their tactics and will be going to a different dealership next time. PS: My goal is not to get the sales person in trouble and nor should they be. It was a series of poor decisions that reflect more on his manager than him. If anyone should get a talking to, it should be the manager. Shame on you! More

Don is personable and especially knowledgeable on vehicles, features, and inventory. Likewise, the local "genius" and the recent "assistant genius" have been extremely helpful with technical issues. In all cases, the motivation, enthusiasm and energy of these members of the Casey BMW team are evident and so appreciated. I would like to provide 5 stars on my review, but regrettably, lack of respect for my time when I have made an appointment and traveled 50 miles from North Carolina precludes that evaluation. Thankfully, it was Mr. Morrow who discovered that after an hour and one half a simple lens replacement had not begun. More
