We used telephone and email to complete all information necessary to make a decision. Quotes were given for both lease vs buy. Warranties and Maintenance programs were explained, and options provided. The car was delivered to my home in person by Dennis Grant and Mackenzie Green at which time we were able to complete all final paperwork. Mackenzie Green gave me an overview of the operations of the car as well as the various iDrive functions. The whole process took only 3 days. I would highly recommend all three staff who worked with me. More
