There was tons and tons of vehicles to choose from. It blew me away that the vehicle I chose could be in my driveway just a couple days later. The exact cost of the vehicle was clear from the start, no games, no gimmicks, so guesswork. Prices were lower than every other option I considered. And they gave me a very fair price for my trade in. This is the way car shopping should be. You guys rock! More

horse crap way to do business found a 2015 dodge journey we really liked and wanted we did all the paper work sent in my 1099's as I do remodeling for a gentleman who owns 27 renta found a 2015 dodge journey we really liked and wanted we did all the paper work sent in my 1099's as I do remodeling for a gentleman who owns 27 rental properties they said thats not good enough we need check stubs so had the guy I work for get me copies of the canceled checks along with the check stubs got them loaded up and carvana said nope not good enough proof because I was paid via a personal account not a business account now how the xxxx is 1099's and canceled checks and pay stubs not good enough proof of what I make and than proceeded to say I could still get the car with a bigger down payment and different finance terms will never do business with nor recommend carvana to anyone More

My husband had recently purchased his car through Carvana so we had a general idea of what to expect. It was great picking out our car from a huge inventory of cars that would not have beeen available in our local market. It was simple and easy searching the features looking at the carfax and reviewing the annotated scratches (supposedly the most noticeable imperfections although they were very minor on our car but we found one that was not noted that was bigger – see below.) The 360 photos can be zoomed in on enough that we were able to read the writing on the tires. So as we pored over every detail of each car we also looked over every inch of it that we could see. It would be nice if they could offer a 360 internal view from the backseat(s) as well. We ended up being able to get a great car that was still under the factory warranty and with low mileage without dealing with sales people and at our own pace with the bonus of having access to the internet to research what different options were on each car model. We were happy when the car arrived and it had the original floor mats and the cargo net was with the car, which my husbands didn’t have (although Carvana did provide car mats after he purchased the car) so this was a happy surprise. The car was charged to about ¾ full (we purchased and EV) so that was great for a quick test drive around the block. We received the car after we were at work so it was dropped off in the dark so we didn’t immediately get to look over the car at that time. Our delivery driver was very courteous and gave us a few freebies with the car. There were some (mostly cosmetic) issues that we found with the car and Carvana has offered to help offset our costs toward getting most of them fixed. 1. The first really isn’t a huge issue because it will be resolved but the delivery driver gave us a loaner car charger and said another charger that worked with our car would be sent to us after the 7 day test drive. 2. The second issue (again not a huge issue for us) was that the detailing job on the car was not as good as it was on my husbands car. The tire shine that was used on the wheels was greasy and a lot of dirt stuck to the wheels after the first couple of days. It also appeared the car had been driven through some mud as well and some got tracked into the interior. It had been raining so this isn’t a huge issue for us since it is just cosmetic and can be cleaned. 3. The front seat was stained pretty badly, enough that it bothers us but after contacting Carvana they were willing to offer us a credit towards getting the car detailed to remove these stains, this offer would be more than enough to get the other detailing concerns taken care of if we go that route. 4. Another small issue was found in the first rain. The rear wiper blade was replaced with a cheap version somewhere along the line that didn’t conform to the rear window and wiped only part of the window again Carvana offered to reimburse us for the correct replacement. 5. The last and biggest issue we found (again it was not a huge issue for us with this car) was the front bumper cover was scraped across the entire front and it wasn’t annotated. We were willing to deal with the scratch because we would prefer to have the factory paint on the car and because of where it is it’s not too noticeable. Since it’s in the plastic bumper cover it also won’t rust or deteriorate any further (hopefully.) After pointing it out to the repair team via e-mail they said it was considered “normal wear and tear and is within Carvana standards.” My biggest concern with this was the response that a scratch that is deep enough to take the paint off and dig into the black plastic on the bumper cover and that is about 4 feet long is within Carvana standards. It’s easy to get hung up on the small aesthetic issues of the car but taking everything into account from the buying experience to the company offering to help us out where they could was great. It was far less stressful and probably cheaper than going through a dealership and it is in our minds the best way to buy a used car. More

I am not bitter about not being able to finance through Carvana's in-house, but I am upset how I reserved one vehicle and over 6 weeks later it is not available due to being repaired. Okay, no biggie, I chose another vehicle and was asked to make an outrageous down payment because my $70k+ salary was not enough to be financed for a third vehicle in over 3 years dealing with Carvana. I was told by underwriting to do a 3rd party finance and then boom I noticed a $100 charge for the vehicle that was ready for purchase that I was unable to finance through Bridgecrest. I am done with Carvana and I hope this company tanks. More

I was very skeptical at first but the process was unbelievably fast and couldn’t be easier. Everything was done via email & text messages. I scheduled a day for them to come pick up the car, they knocked on the door, verified some information & 10 minutes later the deal was completely done and they were on their way down the road. I can’t recommend Carvana enough!! It’s worth a few minutes to get an offer from them before you go to a regular dealer. More
