The whole process has been filled with errors and mismanagement. When I arrived for my pickup “appointment” I was told there were folks ahead of me and I had to wait 30 minutes before I was seen. While signing the final documents I noticed that they all contained the wrong address which took the team 15 minutes to rectify. They were kind and courteous but an additional 45 minutes of waiting essentially meant this was akin to going to a dealer. I loved the car until it rained a week later and the entire roof started leaking. They attempted to have me take the car to a dealer which they made me contact, but I declined to keep a car that had been leaking for lord knows how long. The replacement delivery seemed easy enough but apparently their delivery rep had me sign the docs in the wrong places so new documents needed to be sent to correct this. Should have been simple enough but when sending the documents they neglected to include my apartment number causing the documents to get lost in transit. The solution here, rather than promptly resend the documents as requested has been to ask me to try and locate them. Again, if I had known this whole process would drag on for so long I would have just gone to a dealer. I will not be recommending Carvana to anyone as they seem to have zero attention to details and aim to have the customer complete as much work as possible. More

After 9 days of driving it the service engine light came on, I am curious if any of this came in their tests (obviously not, who knows?), so the engine light came on and it means that I have to replace the thermostat. Not a huge fix, but very disappointing to see this when I only have put on maybe 100 miles or so on this car since owning it. I gave a 4 star rating because the car came as described and the car does have some miles on it and things happen with things like that and could happen anywhere. Additionally, the customer support is very efficient and do a fantastic job at working with you about your car purchase. I am happy that it isn't a huge fix but this could be an expensive fix taking it to the mechanic. I would recommend buying a car from them, because if you buy a car from anyone and the car isn't under warranty anymore this could happen. They do a good job at the other aspects of being a dealer. Just disappointed with the amount of miles I have put on it and it is already costing more money.... More

I always dreaded the car dealershi Carvana and thus far have been so pleased with the experience. I don’t think I will ever buy a car any other way. I always dreaded the car dealership experience. They always make you feel like you are not worthy of purchasing one of their vehicle . It’s feels like waiting on bad news about a family member. Anyway, I love the concept, it’s a great idea and I hope Carvana has continued success because Ill want another car in about 4 years Thank you. Jaye Connor More

I was a little frustrated that they don't take customers in the order they arrive (they handle buying and selling separately), but overall the experience was positive. More

Unbelievably Smooth Experience I shopped for my car, placed the order, and completed my trade-in information in less time than it took for my wife to take a nap. Communication was immediate and concise, with no surprises. The staff at the Carvana dealership were super friendly, and seemed to genuinely believe in what they were doing. They had the remaining paperwork ready to go for my appointment, and that process took all of 5 minutes. This is where I started to be thoroughly impressed. I remembered having declined an extended warranty when I submitted my purchase online. I thought for sure that someone was going to try to hard sell me one last time. However, that didn't happen. I can't tell you how relieved I was to have avoided that confrontation. The same confrontation that made me walk out of two non-Carvana dealerships the weekend before. It's such a relief to work with a business like Carvana, where they respect your decisions, and don't waste your time trying to change your educated mind. Thank you! My car looked even nicer in person than it did in the photos, and my advocate was very knowledgeable about it, answering all my questions. Using the "vending machine" was also fun; a very immersive car delivery experience. I'm typically critical of businesses because there seems to be a consistent theme of "over-promise, under-deliver" these days, but there isn't one thing I can be critical about with Carvana. From the initial website experience, to me writing this review, Carvana has been stellar. I recommend them to everyone now, and I'll never shop anywhere else for another car. Seriously! I'm not only a customer for life, I'm now an investor. Thank you, Carvana! More
