Largely displeased with Carvana, particularly as a buyer in Massachusetts. I was forced to babysit the process for Carvana and dealt with numerous delays. Couldn't get Carvana to talk to Progressive (when they're supposedly partners?). Carvana never sent return fax information (I was told this was a regular recurrence). After going back and forth between Carvana and Progressive 8 times (literally 8), I finished my paperwork to "guarantee" my delivery, only to then find out 20 hrs before I was scheduled to receive my car that it was going to be delayed a week + because of a title issue they never communicated. They didn't offer to cut the delivery fee or reimburse me for rental car expenses, even when I asked. I literally had to call them every single to day to make sure they were doing their job; took me 4 days to talk to someone who knew what they were doing and even then, there was nothing they could do to help. Car's great but the process sucks. Promises and guarantees need better follow up. Mistakes ought to be owned up to and made right to customer. More

Everything was going smoothly until I tried to get an extension on my return period due to an issue with the car (only 12k miles when I purchased it). The first agent I chatted with seemed helpful, saying she would extend my return window. However nothing was noted in my account, so I tried to reach back out to support to confirm. There was no response in the chat after trying all day Thursday, and then again on Saturday. I called the custom service number they gave me with my purchase which the seller told me "was for purchasers so they can get straight through past the general caller". That was a joke. Every time I tried calling the number, all I would get was "your current wait time is over 30 minutes", and never went lower. My new car is currently in the shop due to an issue with the suspension days after I got it from Carvana, and now I'm stuck with it because they ghosted me until my extension ended. Thanks Carvana. It was delivered quickly and when I had to send it back, it was very easy. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The second car was not as easy. I ordered it and was promised by a certain date and then it was delivered over a week past that date. When I called Carvana after that, the hold time recording was always over 20 minutes and no one could ever really answer my question as to why there was a delay. They really like when you text them. The texts during the first car were answered within an hour. The texts from the second car were condescending and IF they answered me at all, it was a day or two later. Overall - the car we bought is awesome, but the customer service was hit and miss. More
I was very skeptical that I would get a good price or a good deal on my trade-in. Got it! As for my nerves about buying a car sight unseen, it exceeded my expectations.
