This was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. Lowest prices, with low mileage. The car STOPPED operating 6 days after I took possession. The buying and delivery process were great. Calling customer service takes forever. This was as easy as advertised on television. I literally laid in the bed and bought a car. Polite, transparent transaction. I wish I could give Carvana zero stars. I have had an absolutely awful experience, and will never recommend them to another person. They sold me a car with plenty of issues that either were known and und absolutely awful experience, and will never recommend them to another person. They sold me a car with plenty of issues that either were known and undisclosed, or their inspection is total bogus. I am now paying $4,000 out of pocket because I am beyond my 100 day warranty (even though I've had my car less than a year), and they refuse to help. Apparently there is an "I will not sue" clause somewhere in the paperwork so I can't even seek action. Terrible, terrible business with zero moral compass. More
The service and process was very easy. However, damage to car was found. The car was in an accident and repainted. This was not disclosed in the carfax and was not found by Carvana. I wanted a discount/credit instead since Carvana would not have sold the car for the price had they known it was in small accident, fender replaced and repainted (that doesn't match entirely and has overspray.) Liars. I've selected a car. Ordered a delivery. Selected 3rd-party financing option. Got an insurance. Proofed a funds for the down payment. Everything got stuck on the "upload a photo of the check". Carvana did send me a contract, dated in the future. My 3rd-party financing organization, a credit union, declined to issue a check before the contract date. Carvana declined to deliver the car before I upload the check. I wouldn't write such review, unless the final letter I've received from Carvana. They literary said like they have checked previous purchasing with that credit union, and all of them were finalized by uploading a photo of the check. I don't believe on that. I got two (twice!) 3-way phone calls with me, a Carvana underwriting rep and the credit union officer. The most recent we were call the credit union from their phone line, were talking with high-qualified officer, and she even didn't ask, who are customers. She did answer the questions in general, this is not in their policy, to issue the check before the contract date. That credit union is all about 300 employee only, so I don't believe Carvana got more different deals with them, finalized by uploading the check. Are you trying to bull me to select your financing? I have deals with that credit union and I trust them. Carvana went unprofessional, I'm disappointed. More
