A whole new car buying experience. Easy to deal with 24/7, although sometimes automated. You can be put in touch with a sales advocate easily. I found a great car, better shape than I anticipated. When I ordered my care to be delivered, I ask for and was confirmed for Wednesday. A day after I completed my application the delivery date was changed to Friday with no phone call or Email. I had set up the confirmed for Wednesday. A day after I completed my application the delivery date was changed to Friday with no phone call or Email. I had set up the delivery for my day off and suddenly I had to arrange to take a day off of work with no notice. Having said that, The delivery, when it happened went off with out a hitch and the two guys who brought the new car out were great and very patient with me. Very professional. One more thing you may want to consider doing.... Put NEW batteries in the key Fobs so that you customers do not have to go out and replace the old ones within a week of getting them. More
