Not like any other car lot experience. WAY WORSE !!! I have bought probable 20 cars from dealerships over my lifetime and this experience by and large is worse than all of them The c WAY WORSE !!! Features like heated seats, and Remote start were clearly listed on the details. These features impacted the sales price by at least $3k and after these guys took my trade are only offering to refund the money but based on the lower value of the car not with the features they claimed were on the car. The Missing features effect the value by at least $3k but even after admitting that it doesn't have these features has offered me $500 for my trouble? Of course their was no negotiation, they kept my trade didn't change the price kept my deposit and only offered to refund $500 for seriously misrepresenting the value (Bait and Switch) $500 is an insult, and they kept my trade, and my deposit ($1260.00) DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. The Value with the features listed dropped the value by $3k dollars and now I have a car loan for a car with less features than what was quoted. I don't have my trade and i'm out easily $3k in loss value and they grossly mispresented their value. I have screenshots of Chats with employee's where they admitted these features were not on the car and in one employees words "This treatment was unacceptable" I told Carvana that I am going to take them to small claims court to recover my losses and they would rather me Sue them in small claims court and get $3k in losses plus fees etc.... rather than pay me a fair amount that i asked for (Less than my $3k im out of pocket) I offered to split the $3k costs with them 50/50 as a reasonable settlement but they preferred to not give me more than $500 even though they acknowledged multiple times that this effects the value by more than $3k, they even admitted they didn't care that they would lose customers from bad reviews. I have screenshots and chat logs all saved and can prove this 100% DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS SPREAD THE WORD THEY ARE LIARS, AND UNETHICAL AND THEY MISREPRESENT AND LIE ABOUT THEIR VEHICLES AND WONT BACK UP WHAT THEY SELL. They literally stole my downpayment, I never received a car at all. I asked for my downpayment to be refunded because i literally never received any car and they won't refund my downpayment. They claimed we wanted to secure the funds in case you wanted to purchase another car. STAY AWAY!!!! I will not allow them to get away with you. Anyone interested in starting another class action lawsuit against Carvana. I want this company shut down they are dangerous, and the cars are mechanically garbage and overpriced. More
Carvana waited 25 days into a 30 day temporary tag to even start the registration process with the DMV. The tag expires today on Memorial day and the registration is still not complete because the DMV is even start the registration process with the DMV. They say they can't extend my tag nor get me another one. Was told not to drive on the expired tag but offered no suggestions. They stated I would not be reimbursed if I got ticketed going to the DMV pay for an extension for the temporary tag, which I will have to take time off work to do. The only thing I was offered was to have a complaint filed, to expedite the process, and lots of I'm sorry for the inconvenience. They did suggest I try to find a 3rd party DMV that would be open on Memorial Day. In my state, the DMV is a state agency only and will not use private vendors. Also, for the tag extension and the registration, I have to be in person at the DMV. I have bought from them twice before and had absolutely no issues. This is by far an epic failure on the registration team. They obviously need to hire more people and give more complete training and instructions so this doesn't continue to happen. So now I have to worry if I'm going to get ticketed for an expired tag after multiple conversations with carvana's "team members" each promising a different lie. More

They made me go thorough two online conferences to correct this problem and they still got it wrong. They're people don't give a Sh#$T about getting it right. I had to correct them on several fronts and still I'm waiting. Also I knew someone that worked at Carvana storage yard and they said that the employees at the yard drive these cars recklessly just to have fun burning out the tires and doing donuts. The company has no control over what goes on with the care of your car or your paper work...I called and had the outlandish experience with one of their customer service representative named Sam. The guy was utterly rude and obnoxious. He would not put me through his supervisor. He just kept reciting the same humdrum line like he was reading it off of some queue card. More

First the delayed the car 3 different times it was supposed to come on a Thursday then a Tuesday then finally on a Saturday I had to take time off work in order to be here for the car that I lost money on because they we late. Second there was missing knobs to move the front passenger seat we did a complaint they wanted us to take it to a mom and pop shop and get it replaced… Tesla doesn’t sell their parts to companies so it would have been an off brand one. Third and kinda ironic they gave me a slime trie repair kit incase of flat tire well the only outlet that works with it is a cigarette outlet teslas don’t have that so that’s 100% unusable to me, the ironic part is they gave me the car with a nail in the tire and my psi is at 21 lol now I have to go pay $225 for a new tire that came flat:) Thank you Carvana for making my service with you absolute crap.
