This was supposed to be my third car purchase with Carvana, and unfortunately it has been the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with them. Before delivery day, I called customer service multiple times to confirm everything was completed so there would be no issues receiving my car. Despite doing everything on my end, Carvana never emailed or called me back with any updates. Then the day of delivery arrived… and my car never showed up. No notice. No explanation. Nothing. To make matters worse, when I reached out for help, I spoke with a customer service representative named Trina who was extremely rude, unkind, and unprofessional. She ended the chat abruptly instead of helping resolve the issue. After being a loyal customer and recommending Carvana to my friends and family, this is the treatment I received in return. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed. Carvana has failed to meet even basic customer service standards, and this experience has completely changed the way I view the company. i would recommend maybe someone else will have a better experience. The customer service is terrible. I asked why I didn't get an email or a text from Sebastian (AI robot) about any issues. They stated they apologize and are sorry for the inconvenience. Don't schedule anything without expecting changes. They have now changed the date to 2 days later. They don't care about the customer it's all about money. I said I set it up the way I did for a reason. When I asked for my money back they stated they can not give me back the shipping fee. How is that? There is no care to ship. It's been chaos and realistically not worth the time and if this is the service now, I can only imagine how the service after the sale will be....IF there is a sale. What upsets me is I read reviews and they were great but now they are doing this crap! DO NOT TRUST THEM! More
I had a very frustrating experience with Carvana. The vehicle I received was delivered without antifreeze, making it unsafe to drive. As a result, I had to spend an entire day at a service shop for pressure testing immediately after delivery just to make the car roadworthy. This should never happen with a vehicle that is advertised as inspected and ready to drive. On top of that, I discovered a golf-ball–sized hole punched into the plastic panel on the rear door, which was not disclosed in the vehicle listing. I submitted a claim to have this addressed, and it was denied. When I called to raise these concerns, the only resolution offered was to return or exchange the vehicle. However, those options do not reasonably address the situation. I do not want to return or exchange the car now that it is finally running properly. All I asked for was some compensation for the significant time lost and inconvenience caused by being sent a car that was unsafe to drive and inaccurately advertised. The lack of accountability here is extremely disappointing. Safety issues and undisclosed damage (I think most would agree a hole is different than a scratch or ding) should be taken seriously, and customers should not be left bearing the cost—in time or money—of problems that should never have occurred. I expected much better from a company that promotes convenience and quality control. More
I have purchased three times from Carvana and each time I’ve submitted claims to address issues not disclosed. They give 7 days to swap out the vehicle, however, twice now they stall getting back with me o I’ve submitted claims to address issues not disclosed. This last issue I’ve inquired by claims and calls to be promised by each agent that they will personally see it to conclusion only to never hear back from them. I last spoke to a senior agent today who left me high and dry. More

This Mitsubishi dealership was the most crooked dealership I’ve ever seen in my life. They advertise a price for a vehicle then they jack it up once you get there and they call them rebate, but we dealership I’ve ever seen in my life. First off the prices are ridiculously high, the only reason I purchased is because they had the hard to come by vehicle I was looking for. They lie about the time frame and still make you responsible for the shipping when they come through. I had to miss work for multiple days before they rescheduled me for delivery. They say they call before delivery but that is not true. Don't bother with them unless ypur desperate or can't find what you want somewhere else. More
We sold our vehicle with an understanding that we were going to be paid the day of pick up. They actually had us sign over our title the day before. The pick up person arrived and inspected vehicle. We were then told that there was going to be a price reduction. We agreed but then after signed and vehicle was loaded on the trailer we were told that we would not be getting paid despite they had our car and title. A check had to be mailed. After several calls we were told that the check would take 5 to 7 days. I explained that we were never told this and actually this is theft if services because you have my vehicle and I have not been paid. The paperwork given to us stated that we were given a check no where does it say that we were not given one nor that it would be mailed and take 5 to 7 days. This tactic is considered taking advantage of seniors and disabled people. They did not deliver their promised check at delivery and had no intention of doing it. Do not let them take your vehicle without payment because you could potentially be held responsible for potential issues. You cannot go to DMV because you did not receive a check therefore you cannot cancel your auto insurance. They have actually the worst customer service ever which is the reason why the local branch is behind locked doors and glass enclosures. You may be selling your vehicle quickly but there are high potential risk associated with it. Beware before the release of your vehicle. Never again. More
I purchased a Polestar 2 the ad said he comes with one key. It was not disclosed that 2 keys are needed in order to operate the remote function of the car.
