All cars battled to recieve for a loaner were disgusting death traps, with seatbelt hazards, check engine lights, full of pet hair, one time I recieved a car and i had to drive right back because they were selling it to somebody else and forgot! Everycar was filthy and literally i got out and new owner got in! How disrespectful to your customers.... LEWIS AS WELL AS PAT ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! The absolute worst car dealership I've encountered. They will tear you a new one with xxxxing you over. Constantly asking me to drive out for things they missed when first selling me the car. My previous plate is still tied to me and I'm receiving tickets, registration took forever to get fixed, had been pulled over multiple times. Had to drive back 2 hours to get an inspection they never did. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE THEY DO NO SERVICE TO THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE. several cars I had to fight for to be given a loaner on their own idiotic behalf... several engine replacments and engine overheating later they decide to trade me into a newer vehicle. But when they decide to do that and I'm trying to pick a vehicle they want to run my credit again so they make sure i can afford it.... how disrespectful. It's been almost 4 months and still have to try and contact them about the issues. Pat the "manager" from this dealership, is so unprofessional! Not to mention the payoff loans I'm dealing with, they bought back their hunk of junk they broke and charged me extra for when they towed it damaged it and made me pay the repair l, finally put me into something newer but I'm still receiving final payment notices! Ridiculous... worst experience I've had in life and I'm still dealing with it to this day receiving tickets... leaving this reveiw I can see the turnover rate here is insanely high, can't even find all the same staff that was there a couple months ago, and I've been in and out of here for like 4 months trying to get my items the missed corrected, I've eventually gave up with them and no longer want to try and pursue anything with these xxxx lords More

Charged me for AC flush and then told me it was the air compressor that was bad. Told me it would be at least a month before part was in. First, michael was exceptional ! !! Disappointed that when I got my car inspected 2 months ago they didn’t see my tires wearing. (7 years old) Michael pointed out the the wear & recom !! Also he said the car was over due to have the brake & transmission flushed. It was said the tires were in stock. Everything would be donein 2 hours. After waiting 4 hours only to think it would take 1 hour for an oil change & tire rotation. The car was still not done because they we’re waiting on the tires to arrive.. Michael was kind enough to take me home & i waited until 4:00 when they called & said my car was done. The timely matter was unsatisfactory. Thankful they put on my luggage carrier & I had safe tires for my long trip planned. Kudos to Michael! More

I have bought 2 cars here and will not be buying another one due to my experiences. I thought the first time may have been a fluke or personnel but I now know that is not the case. I walked in the first time with a large down deposit in my pocket and was discriminated against with my tattoos and work clothes. The second vehicle we just recently purchased has had some issues with owning it for 4 days. Key fob battery was dead, not a big issue, easy fix. Was told to go to Walmart and buy a watch battery for it. They only filled up the tank half full because it is a used vehicle. It’s a 2020 Cadillac with 17k miles…. Check engine light came on and no one could help us. Bad experience with this place! More
