There’s been more since then, everything has been a hassle with this dealership since getting the vehicle. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and set up an appointment for the chip for the heated seats to be installed and drove all the way out there just for them to act like they didn’t know why I was there and then didn’t even have the chip there to install it. Also it’s been almost 2 months since purchasing the vehicle and I still haven’t received my second key that was supposed to be ordered so when I called about it they didn’t even order the key yet. Now I have yet another issue going on with them presently that’s just too much to explain on here but I feel like I’ve been screwed over by this dealership and I don’t think that’s how a person should feel when purchasing a vehicle. Oh and nothing has been done to compensate for all the issues I’ve been dealing with because of their poorly trained/skilled staff
