I received a call today from Doug who is no longer a salesman but a manager. I have not yet had the opportunity to speak to him, but was very impressed that he took the time to reach out to me over a year after my bad experience with Graham Motor Company. In his voicemail, Doug expressed that he wished to speak with me about the changes they've made at the dealership so what I went through does not happen to anyone else. This is very impressive of a company to reach out to somebody who had a bad experience and assure them changes have been made. Best of luck to Graham Motor Company. Thank you Doug. Original 2015 Review: To Whom It May Concern, Graham Motor Company Phone: (717) 243-3066 1402 Holly Pike Carlisle, PA 17013 I am not sure what your policy is when it comes to a salesman assuring someone a particular vehicle will be at the dealership and telling them no one will touch the car until that person arrives, but something should change. I spoke with Doug about a 2014 Scion tC that was available for $16,200 on June 26th. I am in the Navy and am stationed at Fort Meade, MD. Doug told me the vehicle was still available and reassured me if I made the 2 hour trip I would get the vehicle that day. He scheduled me to be at the dealership by 3pm. I showed up to the dealership by 2:30pm only to find out another person was in the process of buying the vehicle. I received no call from Doug telling me this. Instead, he waited until I arrived to give me the bad news. What followed next was an apology, then the excuses. Apparently Doug informed Jerry I was coming out to get the vehicle, so Jerry called his customer to come out and buy it ASAP. Doug tried to make it up to me by promising to put me in a sports car for a decent price and let me test drive some. When I asked what he could do about the 2011 Scion, he offered $500 off. I wasted 4 hours of my time and gas to see the car I came for sold to someone else and then be offered $500 off an older version? I will be leaving reviews on Google, Yelp, and other sites as well as a complaint on your BBB page. I have gone ahead and purchased a vehicle from another dealership that knows a thing or two about customer service. -Evan Jones More

She loved it and told Andrew the salesman, that She wanted it. I explained to Andrew that my 88 year old father-in-law was under hospise care at Cumberland Meadows nursing home right down the street and that we needed to get back there ASAP. I told Andrew she wanted the car and told him she would leave a deposit and be back that evening or the next morning for finalize the deal. He said that no deposit was needed and that the car would definately be there. We went back at 6:30 pm (well before closing). We were stunned when Andrew told us that the car had been sold to a person who was currently in the next stall filling out paperwork. They said "sorry" and offered her other "deals" at higher prices. I am sure they will have their own version of what happened, but, as for me, They won't see me again. More

I live out of state and was told it would be in before the end of the month. After a month and the tags being expired for a week, I finally get notice that it was mailed on the 16th (tags expired on the 15th) and it would be in at some point but did not have a time frame. The documents were not signed until March 12th (on their paperwork) even after all of my bank's work was done and over with weeks ago. Love the car but would have rather gone to my local dealer and had them buy the car for me. More

Everyone in the dealership was friendly and open to understanding. I test drove multiple vehicles, and the gentleman that worked primarily with me was very patient in the process. The company has been around for years. My grandmother purchased her Cadillac here, my dad takes his Buick here for general tune-ups, and both recommended I stop in, and I'm glad I did. This is definitely the first stop on our list when it's time to upgrade again. More

my experience with graham motors was excellent from start to finish. i spotted my dream car on their lot and stopped in. i was greeted immediately by salesman Tom Cornman who was very nice and did not blow m to finish. i spotted my dream car on their lot and stopped in. i was greeted immediately by salesman Tom Cornman who was very nice and did not blow me off even though i was in my dirty work clothes, and was looking at an older model car. every member of the staff i dealt with from that point on treated me like i was buying a brand new cadillac. they gave me a great price on the car, and even though it was raining the day i picked it up, service still washed it before allowing me to leave with my new purchase. the parts department was very pleasant and did not laugh me out of the place even though i needed a few spare things for my older car. i live 2 hours from carlisle but continue to deal with them, Tom has been keeping his eyes out for a car for my wife, and actually has been in contact with me even though she also is looking for an older model. so thanks everyone keep doing what you are doing, thanks, toby weidner More
