I was interested in replacing my 2011 Buick Enclave with a new 2014 Buick Enclave. Being in Carlisle for another reason I decided to stop at Graham Motor Company to see what they had on the lot. Upon entering the showroom Mr. Tom Cornman politely greeted us. This being my potential third Enclave, I knew what I was looking for. Tom immediately got to work trying to locate one knowing that he did not have one in stock. He didn't try sell us something we were not interested in. He asked if we wanted to drive one, but we declined as that is what we had. He was perfectly fine with this. We did ask to see inside a couple to get a look at the interior colors. Tom immediately satisfied that request. During our time there, the general manager stopped by and introduced himself, which was also a real pleasure. Both he and Tom asked if they could get us anything. Within a short period of time, Tom was able to locate a couple that met what we were looking for. We indicated that we wanted to review the proposals over the weekend and promised to get back with them early the following week. That weekend I followed up with an email Tom responded on Monday to the email, and we continued the dialog. On Wednesday, we had agreed on a vehicle. He secured the car from another dealer, and we made the trade on Friday - one week after stopping in at the dealership. I've bought quite a few cars over the years. Mr. Cornman ranks up there as a salesman who truly listens to the customer and wants to satisfy their wants/desires. There was never any high pressure sales pitch, which wouldn't have worked with us. We wanted to replace our 2005 Chevy Cavalier with a car that we could use for both in town and long trips. The eAssist looked like it would give enough efficiency in town and the LaCrosse had plenty of roo that we could use for both in town and long trips. As Pontiac owners we had a certificate for a PrePaid card if we took the test drive and Tom Cornman filled out all the paperwork for the card while we were there. We liked the LaCrosse enough that we agreed to come back in two days with the money. After purchase Tom spent almost two hours going over all features and setup for the car. While "pleasure riding" one Sunday we discovered a small dealer in Carlisle. The next day we went back up to Carlisle to Graham Motor Company. They didn't have any Encore's on the lot, but Tom Cornman promised to call us, as they were expecting one in for a customer. they called - but timing wasn't good for us to get there to see it.As soon as they got the next one in - Tom called. And the process started. I looked online to look at the colors that were within driving distance for me to actually see. We visited a dealer in Mechanicsburg PA (that we had purchased a vehicle from), one in York PA, and one in Cockeysville MD. Although we were looking at colors - we spoke to sales people. After discussion and deciding what we wanted, we decided to order the vehicle as we wanted rather than trying to find one with what we wanted. I sent an email to the 4 dealers with what I wanted...3 emailed me with a price - one called with a car! Tom Cornman found a car for us! I tend to be wordy - but I try to sum up our experience with Graham Motor Company. Everyone we met - whether involved with the purchase of our car or not - was friendly and welcoming. Those involved with the purchase were kind and helpful as well as knowledgeable. It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from a dealer that cared about customer satisfaction. The process was simple - and easy for us - because they cared. And after we drove off the lot,we received a call from Tom twice - just to make sure we were happy and if we had any questions. Bells, whistles, fancy offices - no. But what really mattered - yes! More

Graham Motors bent over backwards for me to find the vehicle I wanted. At the time I purchased my Buick Encore there wasn't a dealer in Central PA that had one on their lot.
