Trying to sell vehicle with known issues My wife and I looked at a 2012 Buick Enclave at this dealership. After spending a half hour with this vehicle, we noticed the driver's side A/C didn't My wife and I looked at a 2012 Buick Enclave at this dealership. After spending a half hour with this vehicle, we noticed the driver's side A/C didn't work and blew very hot air and the automatic rear lift gate didn't work. The hatch just opened and stayed open. They said they would fix these issues only if we closed the deal. What's alarming is that they were just gonna knowingly pass these issues onto the next unsuspecting customer? if we didn't come to a deal. They also conveniently placed the dealer plate over a significant dent which isn't a big deal but just adds to the poor experience. Did not buy and will not buy from them as there's much to be skeptical about here. What else is wrong with this vehicle that I don't see? Buyer beware! More

I received a call today from Doug who is no longer a salesman but a manager. I have not yet had the opportunity to speak to him, but was very impressed that he took the time to reach out to me over a year after my bad experience with Graham Motor Company. In his voicemail, Doug expressed that he wished to speak with me about the changes they've made at the dealership so what I went through does not happen to anyone else. This is very impressive of a company to reach out to somebody who had a bad experience and assure them changes have been made. Best of luck to Graham Motor Company. Thank you Doug. Original 2015 Review: To Whom It May Concern, Graham Motor Company Phone: (717) 243-3066 1402 Holly Pike Carlisle, PA 17013 I am not sure what your policy is when it comes to a salesman assuring someone a particular vehicle will be at the dealership and telling them no one will touch the car until that person arrives, but something should change. I spoke with Doug about a 2014 Scion tC that was available for $16,200 on June 26th. I am in the Navy and am stationed at Fort Meade, MD. Doug told me the vehicle was still available and reassured me if I made the 2 hour trip I would get the vehicle that day. He scheduled me to be at the dealership by 3pm. I showed up to the dealership by 2:30pm only to find out another person was in the process of buying the vehicle. I received no call from Doug telling me this. Instead, he waited until I arrived to give me the bad news. What followed next was an apology, then the excuses. Apparently Doug informed Jerry I was coming out to get the vehicle, so Jerry called his customer to come out and buy it ASAP. Doug tried to make it up to me by promising to put me in a sports car for a decent price and let me test drive some. When I asked what he could do about the 2011 Scion, he offered $500 off. I wasted 4 hours of my time and gas to see the car I came for sold to someone else and then be offered $500 off an older version? I will be leaving reviews on Google, Yelp, and other sites as well as a complaint on your BBB page. I have gone ahead and purchased a vehicle from another dealership that knows a thing or two about customer service. -Evan Jones More
